We were staying at the hotel for a week and for a spacious room, a sitting room, a comfy super-king bed and breakfast included we were paying €66 per night. The accommodation in Taipei isn't cheap so I think it was a very good value for the price. The hotel is a few steps away from a metro station which brings you everywhere in Taipei. A local market called Qingguang Market is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, also McDonald's and Carrefour market are close by if you are not used to Taiwanese food.

The breakfast could have been better; we were expecting a buffet-style breakfast, but it could be the covid protocol so that the breakfasts were brought to the room which is fine, the issue was apart from the first day we had Mcdobald's the rest of the week the breakfast was either a sandwich or a hamburger. I reckon during our stay there weren't too many restaurants open so they couldn't provide us with more choices.

The location is what I wanted and is convenient for taking public transportation. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Also the breakfasts are quite good. Excellent values.

Property is a little old and could use some newer furnitures.

if anything, the air ventilation seemed to bring a slight trace of cigarette smoke into the room

The room was pretty big and spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfortable. The staff was helpful.

The breakfast spread lacked variety and the front staff didn't speak English very well. however, they were really helpful whenever we have questions.

The room was spacious, and hotel within a short walking distance to the Zhongshan Elementary School MRT station.
