Bed was comfortable. The room size was great. Black out curtains. Proximity to MRT was great. Good size bathroom.
Low shower height. There is no shelf in the shower to leave your toiletries. The aircon was a bit weird, but it hits the bed.

The beds were large and the staff made sure we had water.
The main door didn't have additional security latches and there wasn't a room safe. The area was dark and full of loitering people. There was no one on the main floor to help us (the hotel we found was on the 3rd floor). The room lights were easily accidentally activated by your head while sleeping. The mattress was old and provided little support.

The staff were really friendly and willing to help us out. The location of the hotel was also super convenient for navigating the city.
The rooms were kind of dirty and each day we had to get refreshes of towels and things on our own because there was no room service. However, for the price of the hotel, it was kind of expected.

Very tarty and unwelcoming entrance. one lift was all plywood inside wall paper hanging off the wall Light above the fridge and kettle area flashing on and off all night No mug or cup left for tea/coffe
all the above Jacuzzi bath didn’t work so just a bath Window was horrible and balcony full of storage stuff
