Very good location and nice view from 30th floor, MRT is just right below and a short walk to the night market. Many local eateries and pastry shop nearby.

No soap at wash basin so have to step into shower area to use the soap. Counter staff are doing the minimum and will not step out of their counter to help with storage or tagging of luggage if you want to deposit your luggage before checkin or after checkout. Will just hand you the tag and ask you to push them to one side. Have 4 luggages and have to use our luggage belt to bundle them together to prevent them from taken accidentally.

At 30th storey, the city view and sunset view are unbeatable. There is filtered water with hot and cool temp 24hrs at lobby area. Best location in Taoyuan Chungli as it is next to mrt A22 Station, which can link all the way to Taoyuan airport and even to Taipei mrt station. Many eateries and convenient shops all around. Also, within walking distance to nearby night market and SOGO shopping mall. Uber food delivery to lobby reception, very convenient. Uber car at ground floor is easy to hire.

Unfortuantely, WiFi system (which affected all TV channels) broke down on 31 Oct 2023 at abt 10pm and back online the following day at abt 1pm, took 12hrs or more to repair. Not very sound proof in toilet area, can hear next door toilet flashing and basin sound.

Near to MRT station if you need to catch a flight at Yaoyuan Airport. I Iove the lounge and lobby. They provided drinking water, mango juices and coffee at the lobby. DIY laundry provided but you have to get your own detergent (can buy it from reception) but make sure you have enough time (at least 4 hours) to dry your laundry 😂 There are observation area, coffee table and dart at the same floor. .

Non sound proof. I can hear someone's snore from another room. Disturbing. No Internet coverage inside the room. Have to go out from the building for internet😢 No window.

The hotel is just next to MRT station, so is very convenient if you are looking to explore Taoyuan. Room wise is comfortable with good pressure of hot water shower. The hotel is located at the top floor of this particular building, so you can get a good view of surrounding.

The hotel itself is situated at the top floor of the building, so you might not notice it if you miss out of the signage, the building is a bit aged but understandable considering the price and strategic location.

Location was perfect. Room functional and clean. Not large, but for an overnight layover was just fine. Next to train station so very easy to get to and from the airport. Also, very close to night market which was worth a visit.

Finding the hotel was difficult as I could not find any signage. For anyone going there, the building directly beside train station entrance and beside the Midi Hotel (which has signage). Looks like a commercial building foyer but you go inside and take the lift to Floor 30.

The property is literally steps outside the MRT A22 stop off exit 1 & approx 30 min from TPE. Check in was simple & efficient. I choose this accommodation based on its proximity to the airport & the view from the 30th floor bedroom bathroom! Very clean & comfortable, sufficient for my last night in Taiwan. Location was great - also 15 min walk to Taiwan Train Station down a brick street that will lead you there. Less than 10 min walk to Zhongli night market too!

I could hear my neighbors the next morning so rooms weren’t completely soundproof

Location! The hotel is located right outside the transit station, which took me straight to Taoyuan Airport the next morning. The room was both big and clean with a nice view. The staff was courteous and responsive to my tv issue.

I arrived in the evening and didn't feel like going to the night market, which was around 12-minute walk away. Unfortunately, there weren't many food selections around the area past 9pm. I would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I am in Taiwan.

The hotel looks new and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. On the 30th floor, we have a good view of the city. It is within walking distance to shopping mall (SOGO) and to the night market. The A21 Huanbei metro station is about 16 mins walk to the hotel.

It's a bit difficult to locate the hotel when driving. It does not have a porch for luggage drop-off. There is no instruction if the basement carpark can be used by guest. Fortunately, the bigger hotel next door allowed us to park at their front porch briefly while we rushed to do our check-in. The design of the room is minimalistic and not cozy.

Comfortable and very clean room. Easy to find (it is next to the metro station). Delicious and cheap places to eat nearby. Also free satellite TV. Shower worked fine, with free shampoo and soap.

There were no dryers (for drying clothes), but there is a coin-operated launderette near the hotel, so it was only a very small issue. Everything else was fine, I am glad I stayed at the hotel.

City and sunset view are unbeatable at 30th room. Insist for city view room, you won't regret it. Hotel room was very clean and quiet, thanks for the effort. Privacy respected. Hotel manager was very friendly and helpful, he answered all questions with genuine interest. Making us feel we know him as a friend.
