A very nice and large room.

When we entered the elevator we could smell cigarette smoke, and in the hallway, and in the room itself the smell was strong. We don't smoke and this really bothered us. Other than that, we were very pleased with the room.

Superb cleanliness. The staffs are also very nice and welcoming.

There was no too much praise I could mention during this stay. Overall it was below my expectation, cheated by tons of profile pictures even they did describe all the luxurious amenities were from VIP/Presidential/Diamond Suite, cuz there's nothing shown for business double room (or simply 4 pics?) which I booked for this excursion.

1. I was really unpleasant to quality and quantity of breakfast. 2. As described above, there was tremendous difference between expectation and real stay. 3. Extremely hard to park nearby, even the nearest one was 7 mins drive away and there was neither advice nor instruction from staff of this property.

If you exceed to 9people up you need to pay additional 3000nt for the cleaning keme..Not advisable for party,because if you are too noisy additional 3000nt.Not convinient,you will cost too much money

need to stop ktv at 10pm. there is a deposit fee 10000nt. but didnt tell early in booking ..

There are 5k NT charge that is not mentioned upon booking . 3k for cleaning fee and another 2K will be refunded if you are not noisy 😂 .for groups that will be staying here please be aware of the hidden charges that not included in your booking. It is separated from your payment.

Don't try to book here, it's very disappointing. 1. they gave us a wrong room , yes its bigger compare to the one i book but the charge (payment) for extra person is 800nt per person compare last year its only 500nt. 2. they have the policy that the KTV is untill 10:00pm and no noise allowed . (you cant really enjoy 🙄) 3. the water is dirty, there is a lot of algae in the pool area 4. they get 10,000nt for deposit , because you need to clean before you check out. We cleaned before check out. I sign a contract for deposit , as stated in the contract if we left the room dirty we will not get the deposit back. when we checked out in the morning, the staff said we won't get the deposit because we were too noisy at night but we stopped singing before 10:00 pm and when someone called on the phone to say it was noisy we already stopped after that call . In the policy that the staff told us they only gave us 2 warning or call if we still noisy but they only called us once because we follow the rules, but the staff keep telling that they called us many times(so liar) very scammer 🤬😡😡😡😡 at the end they only return half of our deposit (5000nt) and the other 5000nt is payment for the noise 🙄🙄 which is not true !!!🤬
