Ramada Resort By Wyndham Dar es Salaam

Happy staff always a welcoming smile and a hello . We had a lovely sea view from our balcony.. Our room was kept beautifully clean. it was very comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent and we loved the paintings especially in the dining area! We observed plentiful crows flying from tree to tree . No seagulls at all!! Africans playing team games in the distance - about 30 of them . Having so much fun . Cart wheels, sprints , football .

We loved the property but we spent almost an hour locked outside on the balcony of our 3rd floor room after inadvertently shutting the glass door in the “up”lock position! it was difficult to get attention but we were grateful to the member of staff who picked up the SOS note that we dropped. We were also very aware that the door to our room was double locked. Eventually we heard loud banging and the hotel security staff appeared. I understand that this will be addressed (with warnings to be displayed on all balcony doors).

Super friendly and professional staff... the cleanliness of the hotel. Extremely reliable wifi. Clean pool and beach area.. also good security. Ability to accomodate all my requests incl late check-in, in-prompt house keeping and room service.

The bar service was a little bit slow, as well as getting the tasty masala tea during breakfast time took a while.

The breakfast was great. There was hot and cold options - plus, there was a variety of food that included local favorites and items that could accommodate the plate of foreigners. The staff were very helpful in arranging transportation and other needs.

The location was far from the city, so being about to access other food options for lunch or dinner was not possible. In addition, although there are signs when you enter to have masks on in all public areas, it was not enforced by staff / management. The boutique in the hotel was never open and staff were unable to help with information about the shop items.

This Resort is beautiful. Its located in a very nice and quite part of Dar Es Salaam and they views from the ocean view room is breathtaking. The resort is a walking distance from Water World where you can get a boat ride to Mbudya Island. The staff are all so helpful and made us feel at ease. The swimming pool is very clean and the life guards near the swimming area are very attentive. The breakfast was very very nice. A huge selection of different varieties. If you want to relax and spend quality time with family or friends this resort is the perfect place to do so. I have been to quite a few ramada hotels and I have to say this is the best Ramada I have visited till date. Surely will be coming back soon.

Honestly, Ramada has given me no opportunity to complain .

Welcome was good and meals were to our expectation, room cleanliness and overall property was excellent would highly recommend to visit.

since we had short stay we did not utilise other facility but whatever facilities we utilised it was up to the mark

Everything was great the food, the stuff, the place was amazing

The hotel must improve on activities and add things like jetski, boats etc something that can entertain the guests and can also be a great source of extra income for the hotel than guests having to leave the hotel to look for activities

Pool and sea view, sea view room, beautiful atmosphere, polite and helpful staff.

The room was not spacious enough but i guess that cant be helped, we struggled a bit with 2 suitcases.

reception staff just some with bad attitude which was a complete put off. it’s clearly lack of great depth training on customer care. nevertheless kitchen and bar staff(JOEL) was amazing and very kind and made us just forget about the rest.

This was my second time visiting this hotel. What I like about this hotel is the sheets and rooms are always clean. In this last trip we had a small miscommunication with the front office but the reservations manager handled the situation for me, very professionally, Thank you Sarah.
