Facilities were very good. Staff were very friendly. Location was convenient and very well located for the purpose of my trip (business).

No beer available (late evening) after I checked in. Even though I requested cancellation of one of the two rooms we had booked prior to arrival, no consideration was made on this and management didn't get back to me about it after I spoke to reception about it at check-in and I was charged in full. I understand that the cancellation was fairly short notice (i.e. within 24 hours before arriving) but as it was due to an immigration issue and I was willing to move the dates, I felt more could have been done to accommodate us. Also, it was only within 24 hours of the first night's stay, so it would have been quite possible to make an allowance to provide credit for last few days as this gave sufficient notice to try and resell the room.

As soon as I entered the hotel, I felt immediately at home and comfortable. It’s pretty with the gardens and terrace and an oasis in the city. The food is delicious and all staff so kind and helpful.

The food did take a long time to be prepared but worth waiting for. Wi-Fi in the rooms was intermittent.

Amazing Staff, Decent Size room, with strong Aircon. Green lawn to sit outside for an early morning breakfast or late evening drinks. The hotel is close to masaki, Oyster Bay, and Milimani City.

Breakfast was having very limited options and more or less the same every day.

Good choice. Comfortable bed, nice lightning, good shower. Very nice corridor decor. Pleasant smell in public spaces. Nice restaurant. Just opposite the hotel there's a kiosk where they make cool mocktails for just several pennies literally.

The air conditioner was not very modern and it couldn't swing, so I had to adjust it manually - just not to get cold.

Lovely staff and nice sized room. I only stayed for one night before flying home but very little to complain about. For the price its a decent stay. Breakfast was nice, I also ate there in the evening and the food was lovely! I'd return if Im ever back.

A minor thing but some of the pillows had seen better days. Probably time for an upgrade as there were a few marks on them which could be a little off-putting. Easily fixed though!

The staff are extremely wonderful. The hospitality I experienced was exceptional. The room was clean, the food was good, location was great. It’s great value for money and looking forward to my next stay.

really loved my overall stay with them. the room was as expected and very friendly and helpful staff. Food at the hotel restaurant was good and we really enjoyed all aspects of the hotel during our stay. I would like to request the management to improve a bit in the food quality at the restaurant.
