-The WiFi was very bad in my room. The signal was weak, frequently disconnected, and when I tried to reconnect it gave me error messages more often than succeeding. So if you need reliable internet or are planning to stream a movie or show, be aware -I left the key at the reception when going to the beach; but twice when I returned I saw nobody at the reception and the room keys just there in a basket (and the whole ground floor and reception are open for anyone to walk in). I hope they had cameras or some other security measure, but that didn't leave me very reassured

Great Hotel, great architecture and atmosphere. Loved the spacious entry Hall with the nice italian Restaurant and of course the pool and it’s view! My Room was clean, quiet and spacious with a nice view and i loved to sit on my privat terrace. I stayed 9 days and really enjoyed it.

Nothing- all good! The whole place surely needs some renovations, like renewing the pool area and the pool itself or giving the whole house some new paint- but personally i didn’t bother. Maybe they could get some Umbrellas for the pool area..

The staff were very nice and the manager was very friendly and interactive with the guests which was nice to see. The pool was wonderful with a bit of a view of the ocean and option to call and order drinks pool side. 711 just down the street. Amazing Italian restaurant on site and the breakfast option in the morning was simple but lovely.

The rooms were not always cleaned and we had to ask for fresh towels, toilet paper hangers for the closet ect but when asked it was quickly dealt with. The hotel could use a freshing up and the rooms could use a more thorough cleaning. Dusty window trim and side curtain but beds and bathrooms were clean.

Hotel had only just reopened but our room was lovely with a balcony and had an outside bath .the restaurant was closed for breakfast but we were taken to the sister hotel for breakfast each day. .the day we were leaving we didn't have time to go for breakfast so they provided us with a takeaway breakfast .the lady on reception was so helpful and friendly .hopefully people will start to go back to this hotel as its in a great location walking distance to shops and restaurants .Will definitely stay again

The room was a good size with sufficient storage space and a sizeable bathroom. Staff, particularly the young lady at reception and the cleaning staff, were extremely friendly and helpful. Pool was excellent.

No elevators. Mould in the shower recess despite evidence of efforts to remove it. No international channels on the television but this is common everywhere in Thailand.

location was great close to Main Street for dinner & markets for shopping. Roof top infinity pool . staff very helpful for bookings for our trip to Koh Tao & day trip to railay beach Order breakfast a day before and they delivered it to your room. Was a great treat.

rooms were not blackout due to light on all nite in the outdoor corridors. Stains on the sheets and showers tiles had alot of mould of them. But is it a budget hotel !

- Hotel is quite outdated, it needs a renovation. But it looks like old school Mexican colonial house. - There is lack of electricity in the room (lamps etc.)

I have really enjoyed the stay at the Colors hotel. I was a bit concerned about the previous comments from people saying that hotel is closed. It seems they are open (as of now just one floor only). For what i have paid I received Great sized room and bathroom. Hotel also is in good location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and night market.

This rustic establishment on Khlong Hong Rd is definitely value for money. The staff were very cooperative and helpful, managed an early check-in as we arrived very early in the morning. The facilities may have aged but the rooms were pretty clean. The location is great, close to the beach with a nearby 7-Eleven and good restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel also can accommodate bike/car rentals which was pretty fast and convenient.

Only suggestion for the hotel would be to improve their housekeeping practices, other than that, place was great.

The room was amazing! I was shocked at how big the bed was I actually said ‘Wooaahh!’ out loud as I walked in. Bathroom was beautiful and immaculate. It is a little dark but I like it like that even when I’m home, people call me vampire. I’ll deffo be staying here again.
