Clean property, room was lovely. Pool was good and staff were great. Good location - a little bit away from the busier part however, not too far so could still walk everywhere. 10 minute walk to beach.

My room was for two but I had it to myself so plenty of room. The cleaners kept it exceptionally clean providing towels more regularly than needed. The two free bottles of water a day were gratefully received. The balcony was plenty big enough with two wicker armchairs, a table and a hanging frame for wet clothes, towels, etc. I had a room overlooking the pool. The pool was wonderful, long enough for exercise and sensible depths at either end. The breakfast was very good providing western and thai food with the restaurant open from 7 - 10am so plenty of time for a lie-in if wanted! The rest of the day you could order drinks or food to your pool lounger which I used alot. I didn't have a bad meal.

The pool was wonderful but did not have steps to get in or out on the one side which meant going through the dining room in your costume - not ideal. I did ask for an early call one morning but didn't get it. Luckily I was awake when I needed to be. I don't like Thailand's lavatory system but that's something you just have to put up with. I am glad I am not the person having to empty the 'toilet paper' bin.

We paid to have a pool access room and it was worth it. Such a treat to be able to go straight from your room to private patio to pool. The room itself was spacious, modern and lovely. A great way to end our Thailand trip.

The location is probably a flat and easy 10 min walk to both main strips along the water front in Krabi. But works very well that you’re smack bang in the middle of both, but not directly in amongst either of them.

The wifi in room 411 is amazing! You get multiple options for breakfast. The staff was always nice and helpful. They let us to print our documents at the reception.

The AC was raining when we turned it on and it's loud. The sinks were clocked but the cleaning lady fixed it immediately. There was also a lot of dirt under the bed. They should check the pool floor as it's uneven and you can hurt your toes there.

The room was big and had a balcony overlooking the pool , the bed was lovely and comfortable. The hotel was In a great location 2 beach to choose from close to loads of restaurants and the night market.

The brakefast was cold every morning, even when we was there at 8 it was still cold , the room could do with a deep clean , and have better daily cleans . The pool needed a really good clean out , the pool was a really odd set up . There was no way of getting in or out when you was at the otherside you would have to walk through the restaurant.

We booked the superior double room with balcony. We liked it because there was a single bed in a private area and a double bed. Double bed was very comfy. Room was clean, pool was nice and big, breakfast had a good variety, but nothing really special. Location was great because you can walk to the beaches quite easily, lots of restaurants nearby and convenient store, off the main road so it's quieter.

The room was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The shower was decent and the 2 sinks were a nice touch. The WiFi was acceptable, not the best, but also not the worst we had on our trip to Thailand. The reception staff is very nice and will help you with any request.

The overall feeling was "dated". The hotel and the rooms need some renovation. Beware of the automatic elevator door - it does not have a detection mechanism and you can get hurt very easy. The view was not great and there was some noise at night.

A great holiday from start to finish allocated a lovely room overlooking pool . All the staff looked after you and right across the road from the restaurant a well run tour shop.

Thinking about I guess the only thing we didn’t like was the limited access getting in and out of the pool from the one of the sides were most of the sun beds located .

Check in was really simple and all tours/taxis can be arranged at the front desk.

House keeping came in every day, I don’t think they swept the floor or cleaned the floor before I checked in. I could see some footprints leading from the balcony. Also the windows aren’t very private. If the lights are on, other people can see into my room, even with the privacy curtains drawn.

Clean, big, nice room (deluxe double room). Housekeeping everyday. The location is quiet in the night.  Delicious buffet breakfast. Big swimming pool. Attentive staff Value for money Reading the reviews I was scared to choose this hotel but I'm glad I've booked it.

Loud air conditioning. We had to turn it off in the night. Old type of AC with no remote control, regulator is on the wall. Low water pressure in the shower and difficult to regulate the temperature (in the bathtub the pressure and temperature was ok)
