This was our second stay at Red Ginger but have since grown our family so booked the 'duplex' option. We were surprised by the size of the room; it was very comfortable for a week's stay with a small family. Nice 'green' touches such as recycled beach bags, refillable glass water bottles, and natural toiletries. Staff were always friendly and helped take our bags to our room/car. Breakfast choices varied each day so we were surprised by previous negative comments about the breakfast; there was plenty to choose from. Great location to reach both main beaches in ao nang, and the night market. We always found a parking spot outside the hotel. Great value for money.

Coffee machine should be more regularly re-stocked with milk; it ran out quickly every day during breakfast due to so many people using it and staff not replenishing.

The location was excellent. Near Nonpharat beach and a 15 min walk from Ao Nang Beach. Near a lot of restaurant and the Night Market. Near loads of stores for bike rent, tour booking and taxi to Railay beach. Breakfast was good and good tasty. Pool os nice and well located.

The room maintenance everyday could be better as not cleaning the rooms properly everyday. We had to ask to have the bedsheet changed. Which for a 4 star hotel shouldn't be need to ask when we staying over 7 days. The breakfast was good but could have more variety of food l.

Great hotel, fab staff, excellent location. Pool was warm and we were given fresh pool towels and beach towels as needed and the staff don’t let people reserve sun loungers for longer than 30 minutes which is refreshing to see. Excellent choice at breakfast too and such value for money. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff. would recommend and would definitely stay again.

One tiny downside was that you didn’t get all day sun on the sun loungers because of the height of building but we could cope with that.

It had a lovely decor and enjoyable place to stay. Breakfast was great and staff were great. It wasn’t too busy when we went so we have full use of the facilities including the pool bar which was always staffed. Very good area close to busy part of Krabi but located far enough to have privacy. We opted for the room with two floors and it was great.

Nothing I didn’t like

the room is spacious, good neighborhood, good access to the beach and town centre just few minutes of walk away. The shop very near to. Very nice pool and place for breakfast.

the room has quite thin walls so all first night we were listening to the noises done by couple in the room next to ours - it's maybe not that much the hotel's fault but it was extremely annoying and we thought even to leave after the first night. The breakfast was good, not the best one but ok, - not too big choice. The room is very dark in the evening

Eco friendly, style of rooms, pool.

No coffee provided in room even when I requested it. I was informed this is due to no single use plastic , however powder form would have been ok. My sheet was stained on the first night and as I was tired and it was late when we arrived I could not do anything until the morning so I had to sleep on it which was not pleasant.

Slightly outdated in terms of plugs not near bed/no bed sight light and small amount of storage space and key for opening door rather than electronic

Nice hotel towards the slightly quieter side of Ao Nang, but still close walking distance to the beach and large choice of shops/restaurants nearby. Breakfast selection is also worth including with your reservation.

If we stayed again we would request to be away from the restaurant and elevators as the noise could be heard from our room regularly.

Great location (close to beach, shops & market) & perfect for our large group. Pool was great, staff were very friendly & helpful. Rooms were good size & clean. Good buffet breakfast.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful, great location close to shopping, cafes and bars. Travel desk out the front of property is very helpful and ideal. Massage service was excellent! Happy Hour at pool bar and Ginger lobby bar, fantastic!

cleanliness of rooms could use some improvement, but not enough to be a problem.
