Nice and spacious room, well decorated, we had shower and a bath in the bathroom and pool access from the room. In the room is everything you may need: hair dryer, sewing kit, fridge, kettle, bags of tea and instant coffee, prayer mat, even slippers. But the best thing in the room was bed - it was extremely comfortable, we even didn't want to get up from it :) Near the pool tea/coffee and snacks were available from 15 p.m. Staff was very helpful and friendly

Breakfast has variety of choices, but food is not so tasty as we had in the previous hotel. But egg dishes were delicious

I really liked the comfort and cleanliness of the resort. I would request a different room next time instead of the room next to the restaurant the last room along there. Loved the direct pool access.

Our room was located right next to the restaurant which started setting up at 5.30am every morning. The noise woke us every day. There was also a smell coming from the restaurant toilets that was strong outside.

Comfortable bed, very clean, very nice crow. Nice breakfast. Good coffee machine. Nice gym.

Room service finish by 17:00. I asked for a blanket for 1 night and got cost 200BTH. I ordered 2 rooms and each one is located in different building. You can't change your reservation, this is non refundable hotel.

We were upgraded to a bigger room, nice surprise, beautiful decor very spacious room and large balcony, although only a bench on the large balcony. Location was fantastic which is why I chose this resort in the first place. Breakfast was nice, very nice dining area.

Booked without knowing it was a Halal resort therefore no Bar for cocktails by the pool. Doesnt matter we bought our own outside and not questioned about bringing the drinks into the premises or sitting around the pool drinking. On the first morning our bed was not made to hotel standards, I did mention it and housekeeping came to rectify, however I told her not to bother and showed her how it should have been.. She did not straighten the bottom sheet, just flicked the doona over, the pillow cases look as if they just came out of the washing machine! Also the a,c. in the room caused everything to be damp including the tiles which were so wet that we slipped. Alerted staff, we were moved again. Breakfast and service staff not so friendly. Stay here again, probably not

Location is great, right on the beach road with everything in walking distance. Pool was good. General look and feel of resort is nice, with a spa. Good wifi and smart TV. Beds were big and the bathroom was clean.

Breakfast was basic with limited seating, you may have to wait during peak hours. One poor lady made countless omelets. The pool is in the middle of all the rooms so it can be loud when children are swimming or shouting. Private pool is not private. Where our room was it was easy to look directly into the room from the pool and restaurant.

the pool area and location of the property opposite the beach was great. close to shops and restaurants but quite at night. our room was lovely, with enough space for 4.

Amazing location , by the beach. All the amenities a stone throw away. Check in process very smooth and staff ever so helpful and kind. We stayed in a family room , first floor , accessed via easy stairs as well as a lift. The decor was to our utmost liking , room had everything we needed, including umbrellas, hair dryer. The balcony was spacious and had beautiful swimming pool views. Had one of the best sleeps for a while. Amazing swimming pool open til 10 pm , kids loved it , not busy at all and on most of our 4 day stay we were the only ones in the pool. Beautiful well kept trees and green area by the pool made it special. Wife used the massage service ( female only facility ) she thoroughly enjoyed it. Restaurant is on ground floor by the pool , Halal certified. Reasonably good breakfast.

Not much , stairs were sometimes smelly.

A fantastic hotel right in the busy center of Ao Nang. The locations is great for walking in-and-out when discovering Ao Nang. The boats to Railay Beach leave from the beach 100m to the left and all the nice restaurants and bars are in walking distance. However we also hired a motorbike for our stay (through the hotel) which gave us a little more freedom to also explore the inland. The staff of the hotel is great, friendly and willing to assist you with anything. Not all speak English, but there's always someone that does (my Thai is a little rusty). The rooms are modern and spacious, we especially liked the bath and the bathroom. There is a little balcony to dry your swimming wear and towels, but there are also some moquitos so we didn't actually sat there, At the end of our stay we even got an upgrade to their new Pool Villas (3 of them up on the hill). These are the most luxurious villas ever! You've got a beautfil view of the sea, the islands, together with the remarkable rocks, palm trees and sunsets. The villas are very private and the adjacent private pool is next to a small deck and runs all across the front of the villa. The bathroom with rainshower and separate bath (with a view) is stunningly beautiful. The bedroom with a small walk-in closet is wonderful. Bed is perfect and the (270 degree) view is amazing, we loved waking up here. There is also a small kitchen and seating area all equiped with big smartTV's.

The only thing I can recommend for the future is anything like an elevator or escalator to get up the hill. We did five flights of stairs now, which was pretty hot when ascending with those temperatures and humidity in Thailand. And even if it's not for the guests, a little lift for the luggage would be a great relieve for the staff now manually carrying the bags up.

Great that it was fully Halaal and very peaceful. Location was fantastic and right where you get the boats to Railay beach A number of great food vendors on your doorstep, with The Funny Cafe being the best. The pool access rooms were fantastic and the pool itself was awesome. The resorts main pool was equally great. Very helpful and friendly staff

The lift didn’t work. Was ok for us, but not if you have mobility challenges. The bathroom towels were worn and not of high quality.

The staff were all very friendly and took great care of us upon arrival and when he decided to stay one more night. Booking that took less than 5 minutes. Breakfast was delicious each morning, which saved us money. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked great. The pool was beautiful and was cleaned every morning, but we were too busy to ever get in. The coffee shop onsite was convenient. You're right in the middle of all, so everything is walkable. This resort has EVERYTHING.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We will only come back to Aonang Princeville Resort when we visit Thailand again.
