The property is in a perfect location. the room was private, with huge windows which let in plenty of sunlight. the rooms facing the front can get loud at night due to the party hostel next door, but there is no problem with this if your room faces the back. huge balcony and nice showers :)

there are stairs to get up to the rooms so for less mobile people it could be abit of an effort

We came very late due to a cancelled flight from Bangkok. The night and day staff were excellent in providing our every need. The hotel is set back from the noisy busy street so it is not as noisy as some other hotels.

Our old model air conditioner had only 2 settings: very cold or off. Someone had vandalized the control. It was not a big issue as it is very hot and humid here. The manager is in the process of replacing the old models.

Room is spacious with a balcony and sea view, it was clean, good water pressure. Staff is very very nice and helpful. Location is maybe 3 minutes walk to the beach and also on a street with alot of shops and restaurants, so very convenient. I would stay here again, i liked it.

Koko hostel across the street has very loud music playing until 1 am I dont care that much but i think this might be a problem for other people

Underrated hotel with good value for money. Complete facility provided including car park. Location is walking distance to the beach and near to tourist hotspot area. Not too near to the road side where all the pub located which maintain good distance from all the noisy area. rooms are clean, big and very nice for at such low price.

Bed was very comfortbale and aircon was really cold, nice... spacious room, short walk to aonang beach.. lots of restaurants,7-11,mcdo,watsons,cafe Value for money and during Songkran holiday..aonang was so busy.. parking was really crowded, and not enough.. if you have a car and you need to go very early like 6am, don't park your car inner side coz another car would block you and have to wait for that car to go before you can use your car... just find a parking along side of the road..

Great location, good Wi-Fi, clean room and nice hot shower. The only downside of the room is that there weren’t sockets near the bed to charge my phone while using it.

The owner is super friendly and helpful. The location is good and so are the bed and bathroom. You do hear the clubs at night but not extremely loud. Breakfast would be nice but there are plenty of restaurants in the street with good breakfast options.

An elevator would be nice though.

Spacious room, very clean, comfy bed and a nice layout of the room which made it very friendly. The location of the hotel is superb if you want to use the local pier for trips to Railay Beach or some nearby islands.

Bathroom was filthy and mouldy. Need a scrub and bleach. Bathroom Wasn’t cleaned adequately on arrival and not touched at all with housekeeping.

The owner and staff were super friendly and kind. Helped me plan and book activities. And let me keep the room for a little longer on the last day so I could shower before heading to the airport. Location is also perfect.. close to the beach and eateries, massage, 7-11 all around.

Not much.. maybe a hair dryer or kettle in room would be nice, but can't complain for the price.
