Very convenient location with Ao Nang beach right in front of hotel and Nopparat Beach just a 5min walk away. Hotel is in really great shape, there is no wear on the property. View from balcony is really nice (have been top floor). Pools are also really nice as you can see from pictures, but only 1,4m deep, which is fine, just not really made for your swimming training. Staff was always helpful and friendly. The property isn't too big, so it kinda has a family touch. Didn't use the in house restaurant too much, but everything was fine. Good if you long some Swiss food on your vacation.

Really nothing negativ. The hotel is fairly close to the central hub with bars and disco, so you might hear some at night. Our windows had real good noise reduction, so we basically heard nothing inside. This was post COVID off-season in may 2022, do everything finished midnight anyways.

We absolutely loved our stay at the L! The location is unbeatable and the view of the longboats on the sea from our room was glorious. I could even see them from the bath! Breakfast was delicious and varied, served with a big smile. The pools were lovely and gorgeous at night. The rooms are serviced daily to a very high standard. There are abundant wonderful food options within metres of the door, especially the lovely ladies at “Funny Place”. We wholeheartedly recommend the family room we had.

At check in we were offered a different room because we were warned ours can be noisy at night, and it was a bit, but so worth it for the stunning view. It would be super to have a microwave or toaster on the ample bench space in the room.

Great spot opposite the beach. Lovely looking hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast had plenty of options. Nice size room and pool area is great. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Reception replied to my special requests made via Booking.com system and sorted these for us without issue.

The aircon in our room was just above the bed and it was too cold/ breezy to leave on in the nights. Luckily this didn't matter to us. The nights cooled off during our time there, and we didn't need it. We could hear music into the early hours from our room, but again this didn't bother us too much and we managed to sleep very well.

Great facilities, rooms, pool and gym. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

The only downside was that the doors do not have almost any sound isolation, so everytime someone walks in the corridor you can hear everything

Service : Impeccable. Friendly staffs, very very courteous. Room: Super spacious and clean. Swimming pool : Huge, different depths of pools. And pretty clamshell design for one of the pools. Breakfast : Spread was AWESOME, we enjoyed it. Different types of bread, some desserts, fruits, fried rice/pasta as mains, scrambled/poached eggs cooked fresh on demand. Location : PERFECT. Step outside, cross the road and Voila! The beach is in front of your eyes. It can't get any better than this. This was what we needed, as my husband's event was held on that spot of Ao Nang Beach. Halal food can be found nearby. There were so many restaurants/stalls nearby , you can eat at the restaurants, or by the roadside, or takeaway and eat in the hotel room. Food outside is delicious and affordable. Shopping for souvenirs? Shops are right outside the hotel, on the left and right side. Tuk tuks are parked outside too. Taxis are easy to find. Mosque is also quite nearby. Night market is also a few minutes away.

Our toilet bowl flush was quite weak, and we realised it was choked on the 2nd day. Everytime we did our big business, we had to fill up a pail with water and flush it down manually. We called room service and told them the issue, the plumber came down and tried to repair it, but after that we still had to flush down manually (using pail of water)

it’s right opposite the beach. the rooms are clean and tidy with a big washroom . awesome restaurants right next door. great coffee shop across the street (reeve) the island hopping boat booking place is right across the street. a really great foot massage place is right next door on your right. the kids absolutely loved it and the bunk beds . it’s got a great pool, a real old school gym. the staff are extremely friendly, housekeeping is efficient and absolutely great. not one call was made to the reception asking for something everything was just perfect

the breakfast is so-so not complaining but very standard by the numbers fare .

Excellent location, right opposite to AoNang beach, next door to many eateries, bars and pubs. Great staff and the rooms are modern, stylish yet very comfortable. We chose the one bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable for the entire family. Resort is thoughtful in taking care of extra towels for beach, pool and alike proactively The resteurant served sumptous breakfast and excellent drinks. All shopping needs are taken care by shops , 7/11 and mini marts which are in close proximity. Tuk tuks and taxis are available at the Hotel entrance

The air conditioner in our room was making noise, apart from that everything was very good.

Amazing 3* value accommodation in the centre of Ao Nang. This hotel is great for a base to explore everything centrally. The hotel is a little tired in places, but this would not put me off and I would book again. We were one adult, two teenager group. Tea/coffee facilities I. Room are great and they give you a bottle of water each day. Pool towels and beach towels available. Used the hotel minibus for the airport run at reasonable rate. Friendly staff.

Horrible smell in bathroom. Breakfast was very basic.

We (couple + 9 month old baby) stayed 11 nights in the L resort. The reasons why we have chosen this hotel were: - very good location directly beachfront - nice pool area with 2 pools - high quality modern rooms + bathroom - good ratings for breakfast and hotel restaurant In fact to summarize our stay: all our expectations have been fulfilled at best. The whole staff is extremely helpful and friendly also as we have special demands regarding our baby (baby cod, baby chair in restaurant, heating of baby food …). The rooms are spacious and well designed and the whole hotel is very clean. The restaurant (where als breakfast is served) offers a great quality and good variation with a Swiss-Thai kitchen. A small issue regarding noise problems with a neighbor have been solved immediately while changing the room. In total we can fully recommend this hotel and give a big thanks to Michel and his team.

Nothing. Everything was great

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delightful complimentary drink in the scorching weather. We needed to book an extra room and they made sure that we would get it right next to our room. The location was excellent with the beach just across the street and you could see the beach from the hotel restaurant. Right next to the hotel was a stand where you could book boat rides which we also took advantage of. There were a lot of restaurants, bars and shops in close proximity to the hotel. One bar is very close so sometimes the loud music could be heard in the hotel which made it hard for my friend to sleep but I personally did not care as much and could sleep fine. The facilities were beautiful. They were a bit older and for example, the shower did not work as well but was good enough. The bed was very hard and not very comfy in my opinion. But I have learnt it might just be the way how they like it in Thailand so it might be a cultural difference. However, the room was clean and the staff was keeping it that way through daily cleanings. Just be aware, that if you get a room downstairs, you might have problems with some bugs as it is easier for them to enter (unlike when you live on the first or second floor) so always keep your doors shut. The breakfast was also very good with a nice view of the beach. The food was mostly Thai and Swiss food and I liked it a lot. You can even order eggs however you like or pancakes which they make just for you and they are fresh. The coffee was also okay which was a nice change after other hotels that I stayed at. There is a very beautiful pool at the hotel, actually two pools. And it was a nice addition and we spent some time there even though we were mostly at the beach. But it is very nicely lit up, even with waterfalls and massaging chairs in the water.

The facilities were a bit old and the shower did not work as expected but good enough. The bed was a bit too hard for me and not very comfy. There was a bar very close to the hotel and the loud music could be heard in our room. It bothered my friend but I personally did not care and it was not as loud, I could sleep just fine.
