We have ordered the Villa with a private pool - the accommodation was great, really nice luxurious villa, comfy bed, nice pool, etc. The breakfast are also very good and the service from the staff is great as well. everybody is very nice, helpful and with the private villa we also got a personal villa manager who was handling all our request and cleaning time etc. the resort is really big with a lot of greenery, if your villa is far from the reception or sea, there are golf carts which serve as taxi in the resort.

The Coconut island itself is not very nice. we went outside of the resort and there is just few houses, it looks like a very poor area :(. if you have only breakfast in the resort, there is almost no other possibility but to eat lunch and dinner at the resort restaurant which are quite expensive, so prepare for that - these are not thai prices of food. the beach is not clean and not nice and there is a sign that in the water are jellyfish and stingrays. we were very dissapointed by the beach and sea in this area :( and the water pressure in the villa was horrible, i couldnt even wash my hair there since the water pressure was so low.

The Island is a 10 minute boat ride away from Phuket Island and therefore a great getaway, easy to reach! The hotel area is huge and everything is modern and stylish but minimal at the same time! The interior of the villas is great, as well as the restaurants and the facilities in general! Clean, well kept and cozy! Beach is great for relaxing at high as well as low tide! Pool Villa Access is great as well as the main pool at the beach! Buggy always available - breakfast options Aisan and European are great! Staff helpful and friendly! Some cheap eats close to the hotel are available as well, which was super nice! Gym was great too!

Only thing which I would like to see improved is the complementary in-house boat schedule; one or two free boats in between midday and evening would be cool!

The resort is located in an isolated island (Coconut Island), it's a great escape for those who're looking for a peaceful holiday. We stayed for 3 Nights and we only got out of the island once. The all inclusive option is great. they have two restaurants and both of them were good. The breakfast buffet could be improved, but but it was good enough. the room was spacious and the pool is very nice. my kids really enjoyed the Splash area it. was the highlight of our stay. although the hotel was like it's in the middle of the nature and lots of insects and lizards outside, there was nothing in the room. The Spa was spectacular, we went their twice and couldn't get enough! The pier where you need to go to find the boat for your return from Phuket after 5 PM is a bit tricky to find so try to get the exact location in google maps from the hotel for the exact pier. The view from the beach is SPECTACULAR. The beach looks so virgin it has lots of shells and nice living things we enjoyed exploring with the kids. We had a pleasant stay. Thanks for the whole lovely team, special thanks to the friendly club car drivers.

We stayed in the 2 bed room villa with the sea view; it was breathtaking. We had a private live barbecue one night, which was amazing and really good. Clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and smelling. Spa was amazing we did a 3h and half massage that included a body scrub and so much more. They had shisha (hookah). We also had the floating breakfast that was beautiful. The restaurants had a variety of Italian, Thai and seafood. Plus international cuisine. Breakfast was great.

U need to go with a spead boat to phuket; so I would recommend keeping this resort the last on ur list in order just to stay there without needing to go out. No actives by the beach. Needs more snacks. I did not like the fact that the kitchen closed at 10:30, including in room dining. Sometimes you wanna stay up with a move and snacks. No cable, only Netflix that u had to have an account.

Amazing resort. Beautiful facilities. The location is isolated, which is great if you want to relax in peace away from chaotic phuket. We did a few trips into Phuket though and it's very doable via boat and taxi.

We liked eveything. But i recommend not chosing this location if you want to be doing things everyday.

I recently stayed at the beautiful Island Escape by Burasari, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by Natty (resort staff) friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome right away as well as during my whole stay. The resort has a good selection of foods (including breakfast), multiple swimming pools (specially private pools for the villa), a fitness center, and a spa. The beach was just steps away, and the resort provided all those necessary items such are beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. They have 2 restaurants (one serves Thai food, another one serves international type of food) were fantastic, with delicious food and great service, but the portion they should increase more :) We stayed in the 3 bedroom Villa which totally exceeded my exceptions. I highly recommend Island Escape by Burasari to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation in Phuket

Island Escape is an amazing experience you should definitely consider if you're in Phuket. The hotel is located on a small island 15 minutes from Phuket Boat Lagoon Pier where you will be picked up by a speedboat and transported to the resort. The hotel is stunning, the rooms are beautiful and spacious and the staff were all so nice and polite to us, service was quick and efficient. Highly recommended to choose the Pool Access rooms if you want to enjoy the best the resort has to offer. For dinner, we chose the "It's Everything" main restaurant which serves a selection of international dishes, everything was fresh and super tasty, prices are considered high in this resort but still completely fair, nothing was overpriced in our opinion. Breakfast was the best we had in Thailand so far, a mix of continental and Thai with fresh juices and pastries available.

The only downsides are very pool cellular reception, Wi Fi is also not great. There are smart TVs in the rooms but no TV channels and no Netflix available, so make sure to bring a laptop or tablet if you want to be entertained.

I like the location was perfect. The staff were kind full and helpful. The properties were more than excellent. The food 3 meals were excellent and excellent and excellent. Better to book the breakfast and dinner together. Take tour with motorcycle to the small village very nice and good experience.

Arriving late you should wait each hour for transporting by boat to Island 🏝️ my advice make transporting each 30 minutes.

The hotel itself is fantastic, with beautiful rooms and a superb location that makes you feel like you are on a secluded island, away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket. Great care is taken to ensure that everything looks clean and well-maintained on a daily basis. The restaurants offer both international and Thai cuisine, with flavorful food, albeit at high prices compared to Thai standards. We had a beautiful villa by the pond. Extremely friendly staff, and golf buggies are practical for transportation. We was staying 12 nights at Island escape by burasari. Mr. Korn, the poolside bartender, is truly fantastic - incredibly friendly and provides outstanding service. He is someone you must truly cherish! The kidness, and the smaile making simpathic. Miss Jeannine, who works at the reception, is an amazing person too. She assisted us throughout our stay, offering excellent service and always going the extra mile.

The only thing we missed was an evening bar with some music, a place to enjoy a few drinks. There is really nothing to do in the evenings here. The only spot with a bar and music is by the main pool, and after it closes, there is truly nothing to do - no music and no bar. Bein a 5-star hotel, one would expect at least a bar and some entertainment in the evenings. The beach is not recommended, as there are dangerous rocks and jellyfish lurking around. There are daytime activities available, although we missed the hourly sports activities during the day. Beach volleyball, water polo, or similar activities were not present, despite the presence of a fitness room with running and weight equipment.
