It was nice, clean and the pool was pretty cool.

The location is close to a huge street, you can’t walk anywhere and taking a taxi is pretty expensive as everything is pretty far away. So if you don’t want to stay in the hotel all the time (which is also no option because they have no restaurant besides breakfast) you need to drive around a lot.

The swim up room was stunning! We had just come through old town Phuket and wanted to stay here for a few nights to relax and it was so relaxing! The breakfast was nice too, we slept so well here!

The only thing we’d mention is the location, unless we missed something we walked for a while to get to the marina and most places were closed and it was really quiet! But it’s amazing for a relaxing stay

The pool access right from our room was perfect, it really is just like the photos, we had interconnecting rooms with our kids, which was great. The included breakfast was delicious and very large variety from Western to local tastes. The room was comfortable and very clean

We loved it there for a short stay. But there was quite a bit of road noise, we are from a rural area so it may not be noticeable to others. It is located a long way from anywhere touristy. When we ordered cars through Grab app many drivers didn't know where it was, but we got back each time without a problem, it has not been there very long.

The structure Collonade style was gorgeous.. And the pool had a very Venice feel.you can Cannonball straight from the room to the pool. Super sweet staff who arranged dinner late in the night for us and helped hire a friendly driver for our entire day.. A gem of a man he was too.. So kind to children people here are...

The lack of a functional restaurant for dinner. Especially necessary with small kids in tow

The hotel was lovely and the pool was amazing

The staff were not helpful and the language was a big problem.their was a young man who was better but limited. The biggest problem was the location the nearest restaurant was across a really busy road ( take your life in you own hands to cross). The only meal served in the hotel was breakfast and it was cold including the eggs we try to ask for the eggs to beheated but was look at as if we were stupid. You need transportation to stay at this hotel

Rooms were nice with pool access, very clean. The pool was great, staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was good value.

Location was ok, it worked for us as we were going to the airport the next day.
