The staff - especially Bow, Bas and Yumi, were amazing and made sure my stay was to my liking. I appreciated them changing my room as I lacked privacy on the poolside and accepting a late check-out too. As it is a small hotel, very oriented around well-being, I also found the other guests very friendly and easy to connect with. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to various central areas in Phuket which makes it easy to get around. I really enjoyed the different yoga classes too. All in all an amazing stay and I hope to be back.

CC's hideaway was amazing! Thank you for making our stay special. The room and common areas was thoughtfully decorated and the pool was really beautiful. We stayed over the Christmas period and there were nice touches with Christmas lights and events. The hotel had a very cosy, welcoming and inviting atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. There's also activities you can join in - we did a yoga class on their deck, which had wonderful views of the jungle and ocean.

Guests should be aware that the hotel is up a mountain, with a very steep road. But the location is good for peace and quiet away from the loud and hectic touristy areas by the beach. The free beach shuttle is a convenient way to get to the beaches - so this isn't really a big problem.

What a wonderful, relaxing (and yet adventurous - if you choose some of their amazing tours, such as the 4 Waters and Phuket Lookout tour we did) and beautiful stay in the jungle (location is perfect for trekking to Big Buddha + you can take the free shuttle to the town and beach). The staff is amazing, from the welcome healthy juice and carrying our luggage to our room upon arrival, to helping us with any request throughout the stay - with a smile. The shuttle runs every full hour, and it's a songthaew for the authentic experience. :) I loved the yoga classes on the patio with a view of the jungle on one side and the ocean on the other. The food is the best I've ever had in a hotel - a wellness and a traditional Thai menu, all with fresh, local ingredients, superfoods and well thought out flavours and spices. Kudos to the chef and all of the staff.

This may be superficial, but I would appreciate a magnifying light up mirror in the bathroom. Not like the humidity allowed me to wear much makeup but it would still be nice to see better in the bathrom.

First off, the entire stay was perfect. We organised a shuttle through the hotel from Phuket airport to CC's. The transfer was on time, inexpensive and drivers were friendly. The hotel itself was ideal. Clean, with excellent staff and great facilities. Bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and spacious. The hotel has a decent sized pool right next to a bar and restaurant. Each served delicious food and drink at reasonable prices. CC's provided options for daily tours, with a day-to-day rota of what was on offer. These were a little more expensive but still not unreasonable. CC's offers a FREE shuttle service, on the hour between the hotel and nearby beach locations. Fantastic!

The hotel isn't entirely in the best location, however this isn't necessarily a bad thing. It isn't easy to walk to the hotel as there is an incredibly steep hill leading up to it (the trail that also goes to Big Buddah), however with the airport shuttle and hourly free shuttle this was easy to navigate around. To make this negative a positive - if you enjoy a secluded retreat away from the crowds, CC's is perfect.

Loved my stay at this hotel, met many other solo female travellers on the day trips and the hotel staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful and accommodating. You get a weeks timetable when you arrive that includes day trips, yoga, sound baths and meditation sessions - loved this! I didn’t book a retreat but wished I did as other girls had spa treatments, day trips, food and yoga etc included in their packages. Deffo worth booking a retreat if you fancy that type of holiday.

walking was a little restrictive as it is on top of a mountain. but there was always the service of staff who would drive to and pick up from popular destinations.

Very relaxing and chill place, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room, convenient hotel shuttle around the Kata and Karon area. They provide daily activities (like yoga classes) to join if you want. Solo travel friendly too.

Toilet shower drainage was a little slow so shower floor area tend to get built up in water as you shower. Hotel shuttle timing is only 9am-9pm so if you come back late you have to find your own transport but it is still manageable.

Yoga classes were great. Especially beach yoga with Nuya. I extended my stay here 2 nights. Staff was very friendly. There were not many guests (assume due to covid) but as a solo traveller i still liked it even though I hoped for more yogis in the hotel.

The location is a but far from the beach and uphill. They have a shuttle every hour for free but still would be nicer if it was closer as I like to walk. But isn't really a critic...

Fantastic Hotel with a real laid back vibe. Free shuttle to three different beaches that runs every hour on the hour. Great pool area and the room was amazing.

Shuttle back from the beaches was hit and miss. I had to Whatsapp the hotel as the shuttle did not turn up.

Absolutely loved it here. It was comfortable, clean and I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. I used the shuttle service to the beach, it was easy and very convenient. Make sure to do a tour (I did the viewpoints tour- it was amazing!) and book a massage (I think it one of the best massages I’ve ever had). Most outstanding though are the people who work there— no matter which area (reception, restaurant, bar, tour, massage), I felt so well taken care of!
