Everything about this apartment is great. The location is truly tranquil, up on the hill, with nature sounds and no noise of a city, but shops, cafes and massages are down the hill, 5 minutes ride away. The hosts are very friendly and responsive, trying to help you in every way they could. Apartment is well equipped, with anything you might need during your stay, including potable water, some bathroom necessities for first few days, and a gas grill on request for a BBQ evening. Bedding is comfortable, AC is quiet, WiFi is fast, water flow in bathroom is strong, room is clean and fresh.

Nothing!) But as it’s already said in other reviews, this location is not really pedestrian friendly. A bike or a car is a must, unless you are a professional athlete. The path to the facility is quite steep. Also, be prepared, that the seaview of ground floor apartments is a bit limited, by the nearby rooftops. If you want a full beauty of the view, ask for the higher floors.

We stayed for 1 night, it is clean and comfortable and has a beautiful view. The staff was very helpful and responsive. We had 2 bedrooms and it was great for a short stay.

The shower didn't have a curtain so water splashes everywhere. it's central but up a steep hill, we took Grab/Bolt to move around, walking can be tough from there, especially up to the apartment.

Clean and comfortable apartment with modern kitchen facilities. The place is a very quiet for the crowded Kata Beach, yet it takes some time to walk to the beach.

Maybe, it is just my point, but there was some sound from the neighbors, sometimes a bit too loud.

- Spacious room and bed - Windows system to block mosquitos - Smart TV (can watch Netflix before sleeping) - Very good internet

- Road to get to hotel is very steep if you're just walking (just be aware of it)

Spotlessly clean. Lovely large balcony with great sunset views over Kata and the sea beyond. Pleasant 20 minute walk downhill to the quietest and best part of Kata beach. Similarly pleasant downhill walk to the bars, restaurants, nightlife etc in the evening.

The steep incline on the last part of the walk back to the apartment. Hard work in the heat so a tuc tuc is absolutely necessary. Prices for these fluctuated because many drivers didn’t want to “take on the hill”. If you’re on a budget, these will add around £7.50 each way.

The place is truly amazing, quiet green area, very clean comfortable room with a lovely balcony looking at the sea, and extremely nice and helpful hostess Noi who went above and beyond to help us with every our question or request.

People in other rooms were smoking cigarettes and weed quite often and the smell was strong in our room if we didn’t close the balcony door but it’s not a complaint to the hostess as I understand that nothing can be done about that. Otherwise, wonderful place.

Wonderful quiet setting in nature. Fantastic ocean view. Very peaceful mornings overlooking the valley from the balcony.

Only minor issue was a bit of 6am noise from the sideroad as the odd truck or scooter roared by. Otherwise not a busy area, in fact real respite from the din of the main roads below.

The best part about our room was the view! What a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea! and the sunset was the icing on the cake.

Lights in the bathroom could be brighter
