Great hotel right on a beautiful beach with a lovely pool and nice restaurant. The beach was extremely clean and you can walk 3km in either direction, so quiet! Lovely little restaurants within walking distance. Restaurant and bar at the hotel were excellent. I was apprehensive about this hotel, having read some negative reviews about the lack of sunloungers (there are plenty so don't worry!) and about the breakfast (great breakfast with a good variety of local and Western options). Really good value for money and a lovely relaxing place to stay. Thank you!

Communication with the central booking team was painful. They took days to reply and were next to useless. All of the staff were lovely, but the staff on reception (although very polite) weren't helpful. We tried to ask for their assistance in recommending a dive centre (no ideas) and trying to book a taxi transfer was a right pain. Don't let it put you off, but a note to the hotel that they need to up their game on reception staff.

This plce was amazing. It exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean, friendly, beautiful. I think it deserves more than three stars to be honest. Staff super friendly, lots of dogs and cats, nice restaurant, good sunbeds among plntrees.

Probably the breakfast, it could have been a little bit more interesting, maybe add some fresh (real) juice. The toilet was a bit slow to flush, but otherwise all was good.

A little old and not a lot of breakfast options

The beach is really one of the best I ever been to! Imagine the Andaman Sea, with the fine sands, and lots of hermit crabs! The room is full with the ancient Thai furniture. The room was even equipped with Bed Net to prevent us from mosquito bite, but we do not used it. :( My kids and wife were enjoying the breakfast, but I could not have tasted it at all as the breakfast start from 7:30am to 10:30am, and I had to leave the hotel by 7, every morning. :)

If the breakfast can start even earlier, that would be great. However, I understand that starting breakfast earlier doesn't make sense to the operator as people go there mainly for holiday and chill... not like me, went there to work.

After staying in 4 other hotels in Phuket we need the last few days to be in a quiet area and this was a perfect location recommended by a friend. Quiet beach, hotel grounds are well maintained and clean, meals on the beach just all you could have asked for. We got room upgrades to two villas and one of them had a private pool which we really appreciated. Lady from breakfast room which works tireless from morning to evening was very friendly, helpful and should be well rewarded. I highly recommend this place and will certainly return.

Check in had a little hiccup to find our booking but it was all good eventually. The only thing I would do to make this an A+ hotel is improve the breakfast considerably. Remove the traditional Thai meals as no one will eat for breakfast and provide more western options. We basically had a ton of bread, bacon and eggs everyday because those were the options we had apart from some sad fruit salad.

The staff were all very kind and helpful. The pool was sparkling clean and there were always empty loungers. The beach was just a one minute walk from our bungalow. The grounds were well maintained and attractive with lots of flowering plants. The beaches were great for walking - long and clean. The ocean water was warm and relaxing. The room was comfortable and very quiet. The snorkeling trip they organized for us to the Surin Islands was better value than the price quotes we got at the tourist stands in town.

Smoking- On both sides of our bungalow the people smoked. It would be nice to have a no smoking section of bungalows Also, while eating at the beach front restaurant, people were smoking on both sides of us and that was very unpleasant. Obviously, we don’t like cigarette smoke. Just so people know, the hotel offers a shuttle to town, but you have to pay. It is about $13 round trip.

Bungalow room was spacious with separate shower in the bathroom. Ample toiletries supplied including beach towels, water daily. Breakfast was plentiful, staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything. Food at the restaurant on the beach was great, a little ore expensive than those others along the beach. There were plentiful places to eat if you strolled out of the resort and turned right. Pool and grounds were beautiful but unfortunately the water is a bit too warm in both pool and ocean. Nothing obviously that can be done about that. Just remember it’s very warm in April and water isn’t necessarily refreshing. Perfect weather at night for dining.

Bonus would be to pick up any bottles and rubbish that washes up on the beach daily. Would be amazing.

The grounds are so beautiful and so beautifully kept, I loved walking from my bungalow to the pool or beach through the fish ponds! Also very impressed there were no mosquitoes (I think the hotel must have been fogging but it was a nice surprise!) The pool was lovely and the beach was stunning. Miles and miles of golden sand and a sunset to die for! Also several eateries along the beach were very welcome.

If I was going to be super picky I would say the breakfast could be a little better. There were a lot of Thai options (which of course is fine!) but no one seemed to be eating them so perhaps a bit of a waste. But the egg station was a real bonus! And the main clientele was German and they were very happy with the choices! Some ceiling fans in the breakfast room would be a huge bonus for both staff and guests.

Staff !!! Amazing, especially the young lady on reception - could not do enough for us. Rooms.... Both our rooms were spotlessly clean, Ours had a balcony overlooking the pool and our friend was in on the ground floor with a garden terrace outdoor place. Location : This hotel is on the beach and what a beach !!!! Only other beach like it, was in Maldives, Honestly the staff, massage team on the beach in hotel !!! cleanliness, rooms - the best part of our Thailand adventure was this place.

Breakfasts - I only ate once at breakfast.

This place is awesome. Quiet, right on the beach, the best breakfast ever. Me and my mum had a fabulous, relaxing time!
