Everything! All the staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was lovely, big comfortable bed, enough space for your clothes, large bathroom and view over a canal with the palms etc behind. Very peaceful and quiet, and the room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was nice, enough choice each day, ate this overlooking the swimming pool. One day we went on a trip early, and Vee arranged some sandwiches and a drink to take with us. It was my birthday while I was there and was surprised with some beautiful orchids and a sarong from the staff ♥️ really loved this place. If you want peace and relaxation this is the place, beach across the quiet road, couple of bars next door or if you want something livelier you can get a taxi to Bang niang or Khao Lak, 10 mins down the road. Beautiful quiet beach opposite and lots more beaches nearby.

This is a small, family run hotel in a beautiful location. The lush surroundings are well kept and you feel like you're in the heart of the jungle, with the ocean and beach just a few steps away. If you are not a fan of large, hotels, this is for you. The facilities are enough to make your stay extremely comfortable, but there is no kids club and the evening entertainment is up to you. The staff are friendly and the food is good. It is just over the road from a beautiful, wild and quiet beach. We loved everything about it.

We loved everything. You do need to be aware that the jungle setting means you are close to wildlife, which for us was a positive.

Our stay was really amazing. Nice Thai style interior, calming pool, close to the beach, where you can see beautiful sunset. Two bedroom villa was very big, wonderful view, very clean, everyday fresh flowers. Delicious breakfast and restaurant. Staff is the best, very helpful, good English speaking. This hotel will stay in my heart. Perfect for families and couples. The owner is amazing person and all staff make wonderful atmosphere :)

The resort seems newly build and stunning. The appartment was very clean with a good quality airconditioning and a very comfortable bed. Cleaning is done everyday with new towels, sheets and water. Everything is nearby on walking range. Such as the beautiful beach, supermarket, restaurants and massage. Option to rent a bike, which you really need too explore more area's in Khoa Lak. Aswell my check in as my check out was perfectly arranged. Communication, info, logistics 10+ Would def recommend this resort to others who seek comfort and service.

Lovely self contained bungalows on beautifully landscaped grounds. The location is perfect in a quiet area right across the street from the beach. The staff put out lounge chairs on the beach. In addition to having a nice outdoor dining room to have meals, you could walk to several other restaurants and a small market. The staff was so helpful. We even rented a scooter right at the hotel.

Everything was perfect here - easy pickup from the airport, beautiful quiet rooms, super nice beach across the hotel, very good restaurant on - site, wonderful staff, and our hostess, Vee, who always greeted us with a smile. This place must in the best spot in the region. We met a couple from Germany who have been coming here for the last 17 years staying for at least two months.

A great well maintained hotel in the jungle. Great breakfast as well as the other meals in the hotel restaurant. The staff is great and does everything to help and make the stay good and all with a smile and pleasantness

We had a wonderful stay at BlueLagoon! The villas are very comfortable and the service is great. All the staff is so nice and helpful. It’s a family owned hotel and therefore very cozy and peaceful. Every day fresh towels (also two per person for the beach/pool), fresh flowers, if you wish a bed at the beach…. You can use bicycles or rent a scooter. The restaurant is very good (good prices!) and there is varied food. The beach is beautiful and just over a small street. The pool is also nice and the garden as well. We highly recommend this hotel and want come back.

Loved the peace and quiet, the locals around at the hotel and beach, made it a genuine experience, not touristy at all. Everyone was absolutely amazing, sweet and helpful at the resort.

Was a bit put off by the wildlife in the room at times, but you are basically in the jungle which is so amazing, too, so I guess that's partly unavoidable...
