Breakfast is great, many varieties and fresh. Freshly made coffee, made to order coffee and eggs dishes. Very big/long pool with a beautiful view of the long sea shore. Many sunbeds for everyone. The resort is for adults only so it's not noisy at all. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. A lot of them are not Thai, neither are the guests. There are many free activities for guests such as yoga, tai-chi, pilates, water polo, thai boxing, and many more. I joined a water aerobic dance. It was enjoyable. We stayed 5 days there and were sad to leave. Between 4-5 pm there is happy hour time at pool bar. The bed is very big and comfy and the room has all amenities we need, though the mini fridge is not cold enough so my fruits went bad not even 2 days later.

Our room has pool view but without access, except the main pool. It was a torture at first that we could see a pool from our balcony but not allowed to go in. If known, I'd have booked that room instead. It's a fancy resort so understandably everything has a bit higher price than outside. They don't seem to have a specialized bartender or barista to make drinks for a fancy resort, any staff seems to learn from each other to prepare drinks for guests. The mocktails and milkshake were plain.

the hotel is beautiful, lots of green and the pool is very nice!!! it’s not the best hotel I’ve ever been to but it’s the best value for money for sure! super recommended you get an amazing hotel for not a lot of money at all

The pool is awesome. And the beach. Great food, especially breakfast. Dinner, too! Cocktails were awesome, especially during happy hour at the pool bar. The gym is great, with a lovely view. Massage was good, but not cheap. The batik t-shirt activity was surprisingly enjoyable, like colouring in, very relaxing with a nice t-shirt at the end. Reception and concierge staff were excellent. Cleaning staff were excellent. Food and beverage staff were hit and miss, some were very good, but too often we waited a loooong time to order, or to get drinks. I suggest always ordering again as soon as they bring something! Room service was excellent, though, fast and good. Andaman restaurant just 5 minutes walk on the road outside is much better service and cheaper, but The Haven food is slightly better. Did I mention the pool?! Overall, it is a very enjoyable, good value, relaxing place. Lives up to its name!

Slow drinks service.

The pool was amazing, I had a pool access room & it was so great, could just walk straight out of my room into the pool. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff were lovely & friendly too, I can’t fault the place.

I wish there were a couple more free shuttle options into town, we wound up taking taxis a few times but in saying that the taxis were inexpensive so it wasn’t a big deal.

The hotel is perfect for a relaxing holiday on the beautiful Khao Lak beach, short taxi ride into the nearby Khao Lak and Ban Niang towns and some very good traditional Thai restaurants nearby within walking distance. Hotel staff were fantastic, always very friendly and keen to help. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

the swimming pool needed some attention in places, some small tiles missing etc, but this didn’t really detract from the overall enjoyment.

Amazing, relaxing holiday. Calm, good spa and food. Free bike rent to drive around was a nice added bonus

When the coridor ceiling partially collapsed behind our door and we called reception for it to come and check, a simple “sorry for inconvenience and are you okay” check up would have been nice. Especially as we entered our room 10minutes before it happened. But it was quickly cleaned up and next day replaced

Very clean and modern, good facilities. The pool area is stunning and easy access to the beach. Food was only ok at breakfast.

Nothing much, it's a little isolated but free bus service to town and bike and moped hire available.

Awesome facilities. Pool was really nice to relax around. Free shuttle bus into town and back most days was really good. Free classes, loved the Yoga and Tai Chi. Great place to relax.

Food (lunch/dinner) was mediocre. Well worth heading into town for good authentic Thai Food. Breakfast was good though!

Some travelers may not like that this is quite remote location, it’s at least 2.5km walk from town, but you can taxi or scooter easily. reccomend you hire a scooter if staying for several days.

It was a very pleasant stay, the breakfast buffet is great and versatile. The hotel is located right on the beach, which is clean, big and not crowded at all. Nearby there’s a restaurant with great food and affordable prices. The pool is great, they also have ping pong, billiards, bikes for rent (free) and a gym, so you definitely won’t get bored.
