great location. excellent well stocked breakfast buffet. tasty, well priced restaurant and bar menu. room clean with soft beds. staff is all around excellent!! couldn’t ask for more!!

Add sheer curtains to the first floor cottage rooms that face the pool. Otherwise, you have to have your curtains closed from all natural light.

Very nice hotel. We stayed for 3 night in the bungalow room. The air conditioning works perfectly, the room was clean and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was perfect, they offered eggs, fruit’s, bacon, coffee juice lots of options. The diner menu is also good but more expensive than local restaurants. This hotel is not directly on the beach the access is great, only 2 minutes walk. 5 minute walking distance to the Main Street where you can find plenty of restaurants, places to rent scooters, etc. You can easily book day tours with the hotel or with the tourist stands to go to many places!

The Staff at this resort are exceptional, they do everything to accommodate you. It is an older property, but that is not to say its lacking, it was wonderful stay, quiet, although we were in low season. Possibly a resort for more mature people, and that is us, there are no water slides, but 2 beautiful pools, no swim up bar if that's your thing, but the sit at bar is right next to the pool and the service delivering drinks to your pool lounge was great. The Green space and garden areas are beautiful and very well kept, we had many meals at the restaurant and all were great, overall a great stay, walk to Main Street in a few minutes, walk to massage 2 minutes and beach the same.

Not the resorts fault but the inconsiderate people who insist in smoking in the non smoking areas, but full credit to staff who rectified it, but really why should they have to. thoughtless people.

Breakfast offers a good range of choices that should suit everyone. Bacon seems to be only available if you request it. Did not use the pool or the beach.

On the whole there's nothing to dislike. Although it can be a long walk up to the main street of Khao Lak a shuttle service would be a nice addition to an already outstanding place to stay. I do however have a complaint. My group ordered lunch, two club sandwhiches, two tom yum soups, a chicken steak and one salad. I took almost an hour for this to arrive. Our transport to Phuket International Airport had arrived on time at 2pm but our food hadn't. We were very tempted to just get up and leave without eating our lunch. Our driver was not at all happy.

Food at the restaurant was seriously over priced and poor quality but there are lots of places to eat near by.

Everything. We are not used to resorts and luxury, but in a nutshell, there was: Lovely staff, really nice people. Great swimming pool. Great buffet breakfast. Room very big, very clean, nice balcony with seats. Beds are very confy, not too hard, great nights there :) Super close to the beach. We stayed one night there before going onna liveaboard, they let us use the swimming pool the whole afternoon after checkout, provided towels and a shower was available as well. Very very good service! Love it really. We paid around 2300 bath for a night breakfast included, which I think is a very good price for the quality of service provided! We came back to rest after the liveaboard, stayed 2 more days, and this was a really good experience again!!

I think as a whole it was so lovely! The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They upgraded our room which was very kind (although the cottages are almost identical to the normal rooms, save for the pool view!).

The drinks were a little pricey but I suppose that’s expected of a hotel! Also bear in mind that breakfast is a little savoury heavy - again just a taste thing rather than a negative!

Great location near the beach, local restaurants, bars , massage shops and the main town, but the hotel is in a very quiet spot. The pools were good with plenty of sun beds. the rooms are large and the staff friendly and helpful.

Some of the bathroom fittings are showing their age and need to be updated. Only one key available per room making it very inconvenient if two guests do different things.
