Exceptional pool area, with small bar for all your food and drinks while lazing around the pool. Right in front of the beach so we could dip in the ocean, then dip in the pool, several times during the day. Pool is nice , on the larger size so plenty of room. Overlooks the beautiful Lamai Beach. The Hotel is at one end of the Main “walking strip” so you can go for a stroll when bored. Very happy with location.

The hotel is no longer in its prime, didn't bother me at all however older hotels usually have the same problems like air cons breaking down occasionally. Ours stopped working but was immediately fixed by staff. Thank-you. The pool and location made my trip awesome and I would definitely rebook. Perfect mix of price for location, actually prefer this spot over the busier Chaweng just felt more relaxing even though I do like to party. If you can bag a ground floor garden/pool view room then you are in for a 5 star hotel feel at 3 star pricing.

good beach, very friendly staff! Everything we asked to fix in the room was fixed the same day! Very spacious room right on the beach with direct acsess to the sea and private sunbeds. Do not expect luxury (we read the reviews and knew what to expect) - you will be happy with the room. Nice territory and the hotel lobby.

We came 1 hour earlier then the check-inn time and were told to wait as the room was not ready. which would be totally OK if it was true. We sat 1 hour right in front the room entrance, and no hotel staff entered or left the room during that time. At 14.00 oclock we got the keys to the room. We had to ask the staff to fix the balcony door and the air conditioner that did not work when we arrived. The aircon in the bedroom blows strait to the bed, and it smells like it is time to get it cleaned. We ended up sleeping in the daybed because of that. Breakfast - all the other reviews are right about that)

Very nice hotel right on the beach close to many bars and restaurants. I booked it late so might havevpaid a premium price. Pool very nice, previous reviews had said it was dated but i thought it was nice. Everyone can pick fault with something, but it was clean bed comfortable and nice bathroom.

The hotel doesn't have a lift. The first room we had was on the second floor. The second as we had to move was on the first floor and as previous reviews had said the air con was noisy and no adjustment on the fan.

The hotel is located directly on the beach and offers its own sun loungers for sunbathing, the restaurant in the house is a big plus because we drank coconut water all the time. The center is nearby about 5min walk. A quiet place, perfect for relaxing.

For some reason the roof window was uncovered so that mosquitoes and other animals could get in which worried us, but we have to say that when we reported this in the evening the receptionist immediately went up to the roof and covered it. Thank you

For us the hotel was great. Grand reception area leading to nice garden and pool next to beach. The room we booked over looked the pool and out to the sea. The room was old style but very large with nice balcony. People put towels on beds early but always found a spot in the shade. Beach nice and easy walk to some nice laid back beach bars for cocktails and food. At end of the main town for night entertainment. Food was fine for lunch and breakfast ok. Massage onsite very cheap and good. Would definitely stay there again

Didn't bother us but towels frayed on edges. Some of the sun beds seen better days although a delivery of some new ones while we were there. Couple of light bulbs out in room and a bit if the floor needed to be stuck down. Minor things that could be fixed easily. Not sure if doing some upgrade work as new electronic door locks. New lamp shades. Could be amazing but for price paid was very happy.

The hotel has a great position and a realy nice view, big swimming podle, garden and relax zone, which continues with a Beach with palms We realy apreciate big family rooms, which were clean. Unfirtunately we had different rooms than we had ordered but the reaction of the hotel and excuse was alright. The breakast is modest but tasty. Great base for trips surrounding and on the Beach (which is beautiful and no People there).and downtown From our room was possible to reach the pool/beach directly...definitely the sea view rooms are better. Good internet conection. Possibility to buy drink/meal. The hotel has a big potential but...

...in our opinion, the staff is not Very active- "the right hand does not know what the left one does"...they do not care About full bins, the leaves on the floor, if you order drink they have problem to count money well etc... The furtniture is old but functional. No hairdryer If the hotel improves its managing, repairs/changes some old parts, then it Will be a fantastic hotel!

Nice resort next to the beach. Lamai beach is great, long sandy and beautiful balanced between crowdy and quiet beach. The pool is nice, the room was big and comfortable. Nice location, not to far from main street and restaurants.

Well, the room was little bit dark, not much light there but in general ok.

The location was wonderful, right on the beach, lovely pool.Beautiful complex with grassy garden areas with palm trees and flowers. We loved the complex.

Our room, a cabana was on the side of the building, still lovely, but no internet most of the time.

Fantastic beachfront location with three pools. Three terraced areas for deck chairs with sun or shade trees and umbrellas. Massage facilities right by beach area

Rooms are a bit tired but cleaned daily, safe, secure, garden, pool or beach views and sunrise views as well.
