Friendly staff - receptionists, cleaners, everyone The rooms are clean and spacious. We booked two double apartments, and one apartment is slightly better than the other. But we didn't make a fuss as we like to be on the same floor. Superb location: we can walk down for local foods, easy access to a taxi, massage, and Terminal 21 for shopping and more food. We get our rooms clean and change new towels every other day.

The towels need to upgrade - towels have some smells, and it is thin & worn out. The vendor that uses towels and laundry may probably not carry on the hotel standard. (But this is me being picky, as I have sensitive skin & sense of smell)

they charged us for dirty bed which cost us 3000thb. and the dirty bed linen are not our fault. got red stain like wine stain. which all of us are muslim and not drinking. lazy to argue cz tired and ready to going back and catch our flight. very disappointment. please check every single item in the house so that they can’t scam you. lesson learned

The suites are located a stone's throw away from Terminal 21 and the BTS train network so it was super easy to get out and about in Bangkok. Benchakitti Forest Park is just 8 minutes walk from the suits, too! The rooms were clean and tidy and the basic amenities for a working kitchen were provided. The washing machine in the balcony was a great help too! The pool was good fun for my little one!

We weren't provided a new scourer for washing our dirty dishes until the day we checked out so we bought our own after checking in. The rooms are cleaned every other day but not really complaining, just an observation! It would be nice to have some sort of breakfast provided or a welcome hamper with basic amenities like bread (there is a toaster in the room), jam and fruit with a few more bottles of drinking water!

1) The staff were easily contactable. They can converse in English. 2) The location is great. 3) The apartment is generally clean. 4) Ample supply of extension plugs.

1) Toiletries such as toilet paper and tissue paper should be provided based on the number of occupants. Housekeeping was done in the middle of our stay. We had 7 pax in the apartment but only 3 rolls of toilet paper were given to be used for the remaining 2 days of stay. The box of tissue paper was not full when we first checked in. It was not sufficient for the 5 days. It was not replenished on the day of the housekeeping. We had to request for more rolls of toilet paper and tissue paper. 2) The pillows were either too high or low. 3) The water heater isn't really working. 4) No hand towels.

Best concierge and reception services in Thailand. The receptionists and concierge were amazing from check in till check out. We stayed at 14 Place for 9 days. Firstly they gave us a free upgrade to a bigger spacious room. Location is ace as always, right next to Asok bts and across the street from terminal 21. I was travelling with my elderly father(94yrs), and when they saw we were waiting in the lounge after arriving, they let us check in 2hrs earlier than standard check in time. This was really appreciated as my father was tired from the travel: We also had my sister and family stay at the same place so they arranged for us to be on the same floor. They even helped us organise a surprise for my parents as they did not know my sister and her family were coming to this gathering. I have never heard or hotel staff arranging a surprise!! While in Bangkok, I travelled outside of Bangkok for a 2 day trip while I left my elderly parents at the suite, during that time they even checked in on our parents to make sure they were ok. This is going above and beyond normal hotel services!! Lastly I had ordered a gift for my partner for her birthday and had it delivered to reception. They knew it was a surprise gift so they arranged it so they could pass the gift to me discreetly while the rest of my family was not with me. It’s all the gestures and kindness they perform that made this stay unforgettable. I travel to Thailand at least 6 times a year and 14 Place Sukhumvit has always been my favourite and their services is always world class! They will treat you like family!

Great location, very close to transit and shopping centre. Very busy area of Bangkok but off the main road enough so was very quiet. Rooms were large, beds comfortable. Staff was helpful. Great space for a family or group of 4-6 staying for a few days. Would highly recommend if you want to stay in that area of Bangkok. So convenient to get most places in the city if using transit.

There was a bit of a smell under the sink. The kitchen was small and could have used a few more things.

The location of the property is very good - just a few minutes walk to the BTS Skytrain and Metro stations. Terminal 21 shopping mall is within walking distance. Taxis and tuk tuks are easily available. Rooms are clean and basic amenities are provided especially in the kitchen.

There are a few things that need a little attention by the maintenance people of the property - the shower head in one of the bathrooms need to be replaced and the glass panel doors of the shower cubicle do not shut properly

Rented this apartment as we wanted to have our own cooking facilities and a living room. What I liked were the en-suite bathrooms (one per room) plus a separate toilet, and the availability of balconies. Also great were the really big and comfortable beds. Electric sockets are capable to take European, UK and US plugs.

In our apartment the only sitting space was a bed-couch. While ok to sit (and giving the possibility for an extra person to sleep) it was not ideal sitting material. It also only was a 2-seater in its folded form. A different apartment had a living room arrangement with a genuine 2- and 3-seater couch in an L-shape.

The location was a real plus and the building itself is fairly new and well kept.

The WIFI was not good at all, the connection was only available in the bedrooms and not in the living room hence no televsision. Although the bedrroms were all clean, I think housekeeping needs improvement in training of cleaning a room, eg.dusting, how to clean showers doors, changing linen. The reception area could be a ittle quieter. I did not appreciate the loud bantering and laughing and music when coming down or coming in from otusied.

Excellent service and location. Gave us early check in! Room is clean and the bed is comfy. Pillow surprisingly was very comfy. Really great place to stay
