This place is in a great location next to the trains. The rooms are very reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about the city and the country. I have stayed here at least four times now in four different rooms. The King room is the best one which has windows.

I wish the shower water didn't leak into the toilet floor area because there is no physical curtain that separates the shower from the rest of the bathroom. It is NOT a big deal.You can use a towel to stop the water from doing that. The water dries within an hour or two.

The bathroom's floor mat went missing after my two night of stay. I hope this was merely an oversight, and the team unintentionally forgot to replace it with a new one. The housekeeping team should pay extra attention to these details in the future. Overall, I appreciate the efforts of the housekeeping team.

My stay at this boutique hotel in Bangkok was a delightful experience. The prime location, near Terminal 21 for shopping and dining, as well as the metro station, made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The hands-on owner's constant availability for assistance added a personalized touch to the service. The location of this property is amazing and the staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good value for money option in Bangkok. My goal was to get around the city fast and easy and have a clean room and a comfy bed to get back to at night. This place provided exactly that.

This really is a sweet escape in busy Bangkok city. Boutique in size and character it’s tucked away down a quiet side street yet just 2 min walk to rail/metro and Terminal 21 Shopping centre. Very convenient for getting to and from airport as well as other places. Rooms are beautiful and clean with comfortable beds and loved the blue/white China basin in the bathroom. Also has AC. Friendly staff and very thoughtful. The day we arrived was my birthday which they noted on the booking and left me a wee birthday gift and message in the room which was so nice. We loved it so much that we’ve booked it again for when we pass back through Bangkok.

We usually use boutique hotel or Airbnb for accommodation because I love to interact with the owner. The owner, Panadda is truly a kind and heart warming owner, she did her best to help us when we needed. She uses her experienced costumer service to keep her boutique hotel in high standard , not only the decoration of the hotel, she can easily keep in touch for travelling advice, not to mention the nice smell of the hotel. She has the taste. Location of the hotel is in five star, within three minutes we can go anywhere by BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit. Terminal 21 is just attached with the BTS. You can shop until you drop. If we have chance to go to Bangkok again, this hotel is our first choice to stay.

It was the cutest little hotel in the perfect area. Half an hour to the airport and right on my favorite shopping mall street. It was maybe a 3 minute walk to the BTS. Incredible bedding and sheets, with nice bathroom and quiet guests.

It has a cute little cafe and sitting room just past the reception and a bathroom on the ground floor but there’s not much else there in terms of facilities. It was exactly what I needed.

Very well located: close to MRT, BTS and Terminal 21. Also, at walking distance from city park which we really enjoyed! The room was well equipped, toiletries were provided and information sheets were available with suggestions for food, laundry service and activities. Communication prior and during our stay was excellent!
