Location was very convenient as it was walking distance to Terminal 21 and there is a 7-11 right opposite. The room was spacious and comfortable and since we had a corner room, we had views of both the front and back of the hotel. The staff were really great too!

There was a pee smell by the toilet and it does not go away because there were a drain just right next to it. The drainage system of the shower was not very good and the water will seep out into the main bathroom area. The tub was a little dirty as well.

Good location, within walking distance to most amenities. BTS & MRT is approximately 100-150m away, 5 mins walk. Room size is spacious with standard room amenities provided like in most hotels. Comfy kingsize bed. Overall stay was great!

The water pressure in the shower room is low and the temperature was inconsistent. We had to keep adjusting the temperature while showering which was annoying and very time-consuming to do so. We requested for room changed on 3rd day. The front desk staff was accommodating to accede to our request. The shower pressure & temperature was slightly better than our 1st room. Although the room size is spacious but I personally feel that the rooms need to be refurbished as the furniture are worn-out.

I stayed at this hotel many times during the past ten years and this stay was no different. Excellent location, quiet room, delicious breakfast and wonderful serviceminded staff.

I´m not a huge fan of paying deposit - during the past more than ten years I haven´t damaged anything in the hotel. My recommendation will be not to ask deposit from returning customers.

Super convenient location, it is a short walk from BTS Asok. The path home is also fairly well lit so it's alright coming back a little later. If you are rolling luggage around, the path to the hotel is smooth and the lift to the BTS is close by so no worries. The room was extremely clean and the bed was awesome. Love the accommodating staff as well and all were very pleasant and kind! :)

The complimentary water tastes weird haha, but it's just that brand. Also if you tend to drop by a convenience store before heading back to the hotel, the 7-elevens aren't that close and are in the opposite direction to where you would be walking so just take note of the locations if you're hoping to go.

Location is convenient. Only 3 mins walk to MTR Sukhuvmit n BTS Asok . Travelling time to n from airport is less than 30 mins. Room is big with comfortable bed. There r kettle n hair dryer in the room. 2 complimentary bottles of water daily. The breakfast was great with wide selection of food. Eggs were freshly made. The staff is very friendly especially Uoi who helped me to book a room with good rates. Apparently I accidentally cancelled my booking n Uoi managed to get me a room . She is patient n responsive to my requests. I would highly recommend friends to stay at Park Plaza n will stay there on my future trips.

The hot shower water is quite difficult to control.

Room was spacious and clean , same as advertised photo. Location and staff are great. Mattress is comfy. Finishes are not brand new, but well maintained. Didn't try breakfast as we ate out. Overall, we had a wonderful stay there and likely to go back again since it's value for money with discounted price. We stayed for 4 nights.

A lit downside is that the door is not sound proof so can hear some noise through threads-hold if people passed by the corridor while talking and vice versa. No issue to us though. Another improvement wish to suggest is that even with all lights are switched on, the lux level is not very bright though.

Sukhumvit is "the" area to stay in Bangkok. The room was spacious with all the expected amenities. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was superb - fresh, varied and really tasty.

No Bar! If you feel like relaxing after wandering Bangkok in 34C heat, somewhere to sit quietly and have a drink, it just doesn't exist. You can sit in the dining room overflow area and order a drink but it appears sometime later from out of the kitchen. Pool access! Rooftop pool with final access via a hefty set of stairs. Again, no bar but you can call through to the kitchen and they will send it up.

Nice modern hotel in the Asoke area of Bangkok. Loved the room lighting control panel and outlets right next to bed. Also, a nice bathroom with a huge Roman tub and shower. All transportation access points are within 300 meters to get you anywhere in the city. Lots of good restaurants as well as street food close by. Even with Bangkoks' notorious traffic, taxis are super reasonable. Ging at reception is a doll. Her smile and attitude is contagious. The hotel is guest friendly if that's your thing. Soi Cowboy's less than 300 meters and Nana plaza 1 k.

Please cook the bacon more crispy 😋 at breakfast.

Overall a clean room, friendly staff, they helped me to print documents, and the breakfast was good but monotone - same every day. I slept well and the water pressure was good in the shower. They arranged with 2 separated beds to become one and I appreciate the efforts. The location is super - close to Asoke train station, terminal 21 mall and soy cowboy.

Don’t let them do the laundry is a rip off. 3000 baht for 10 underwear, 10 pair socks, 3-4 T-shirts. Sometimes the plug ins did not work / could not charge my laptop so had to call them. I had to tell them to clean the room better (1 time). They insisted I used one bottle of water in the room when I did not and I showed them my bottles bought in the supermarket. I don’t like that poor mentality attitude. Especially not when I pay extra 9000 baht for 3 laundries! Never again laundry there. It was hard to adjust the air conditioner 28 degrees felt very cold. The gym was too small.

I really liked this hotel and the breakfast was superb. We only stayed one night as I had business in bkk. The room was modern and very clean. I liked the staff a lot . The cleaning ladies were very nice too and always greeted me when i passed them in the hall way. Its little things like that I am very impressed with. You have lovely girls who clean the room did a great job please pass that on to your cleaning staff.

What I didn't like was the overcharging of the Taxi we got from the hotel to the airport . I am not blaming the hotel because I dont understand what happened . I ask the girl at reception to get me a taxi which she did and I tipped her 200 baht as a thank you. On arrival at the airport the driver told us your hotel said he should charge us 500 baht. The meter wasn't on and I know that trip should not have cost more than 300 baht . So what happened ?. I Normally pay attention to the meter being on . I didnt this time . I am very grateful for your quick response and comment Shane . So I have edited this review accordingly .
