Spacious suite. Great value. Bookmarked for future bookings.

They proceeded before arrival to charge my card after having the amount on hold for checking the verification. That shouldn't happen when choosing pay at the hotel option.

The pool area is wonderful, i like the restaurant close to the hotel. Close to BTS station....i enjoyed the location. Also a short walk along the street there is a Mall area, easy to pass bit it's there with all the things a person or couple would need.

The towels and wash clothes were not washing very well, they looked dingy and well used...even the fresh towel sets. If there was a negative this would be it, otherwise this building is a good place to stay and they price is great.

In the restaurant of the hotel, It didn't have variety for Arab food. The restaurant was filled with Alcohol botels where it made us uncomfortable as Muslims. As Muslims we didn't know where is Qibla where usually hotels do make a signal for Qibla direction. There was a bad smell in the toilet. We informed the management and they tried to get rid of it by putting some liquids in the sewerage holes but without use. The smell continued to be there until we checked out. I didn't tell them again as I was busy outside the hotel.

Staff members are really nice, very helpful. Cleanliness, overall service was great.

Swimming pool water temperature was not maintained, in fact it was cold. breakfast had only few items which could have been better.

The hotel is in a family friendly and quiet location and that is a major factor of me choosing this hotel. Very spacious rooms and living area. The premises is a bit aged and you could see it. But for me this is not a major concern. I have stayed here before so I know what to expect.

The breakfast arrangement need improvement. There could be lack of experience or a bit new to this. But the staff did their best to help the situation.

Staff were exceptionally helpful, attentive, friendly and polite. Hungry Brown's coffee and food was excellent, exceeded all expectations, just wonderful and right at your doorstep or via room service. WiFi never faltered nor did the Aircon which is a blessing in Bangkok. Housekeeping never overlooked anything. Location to transport was brilliant, BTS right there and only a few stops from Chatuchak Market and other stops to transfer to MRT. Laundry service fantastic. Excellent sized room which was called a 'studio' and way bigger than this name suggests for 1 person.

The dining chairs could be renewed. If you're an English speaker and staying for long time take a tablet or laptop to best watch streaming platforms etc as they're not offered and the tv only had 1 or 2 English news channels that weren't always possible re fluctuating connection. I was recovering from surgery for a fortnight so wished my only screen size wasn't an iPhone.

I went to Bangkok for plastic surgery and booked Abloom for my recovery. The apartment was so clean and spacious. The staff were incredible. They had a wheelchair for me when I was discharged from hospital which was unexpected but I was grateful for. The food was good but we ordered in most of the time. I could not fault anything about this place. It is walking distance to Sanom Pao BTS so everything was easily accessible. There is a 7-11 within walking distance. The laundry facilities on site were easy to access and use. I didnt use the gym but it looked immaculate and I would have used it on any other visit. The staff really went above and beyond.

We booked an apartment to prepare some meals from home. There were no butter or dinner knives supplied in the room which was the only downside we found.

It is very near 7eleven; local market and BTS. The staff is so friendly and english is good. I would like to suggest this appartment

Tivi in the room is too old. It can’t be connected with wifi, so we can’t use.

Abloom was exceptional from the moment we arrived. We requested for an early check in since our flight would land early and the hotel catered for our request as we expected. It was very convenient after a long flight. The location is just perfect, with a 2 min walk shortcut to the Sanam Pao BTS station, we were able to explore most of the places we wanted easily. It was also easily accessible for Grab. The studio where we stayed for 2 weeks was really clean, spacious with facilities provided. The mini kitchenette was also very useful. Our room was cleaned daily, and towels provided mostly every day. In addition, the launderette facilities were cheap and convenient. On the other hand, the hotel staff were always friendly and smiling. On our departure, they helped us even at 4 30 am in the morning and waited with us for the taxi to come. We would definitely recommend Abloom to others and stay there if we visit Bangkok again.

There is nothing that I did not like about Abloom.

from the moment we arrived at abloom we felt like we were in a oasis. the greeny and quiet location made it a great place to stay. we have used many other hotels in Bangkok but none are as good as Abloom. The huge very well maintained pool was a delight to use each day. The gym was very well decked out. Closeness to all major shopping centres were just a monorail 4 stops away. The resteraunt served the most tasty and very afforadable meals. Breakfast was included and we could have it our way. To sum up, we will use this hotel every time we viisit bangkok from now on.
