Muu is a fantastic hotel in Sukumvit. It's very centrally located, and has easy access via road and rail to other parts of the city. The hotel also has a shuttle that can take you to the nearest train station. All you need to do is ask as reception - it usually makes a trip once an hour. The staff is excellent and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This applies across the board - reception, service staff, and the cleaning staff are all ever ready to help. On a side note, this hotel had the shortest window between when I asked for something and when it was delivered to me. Breakfast is also very good with a combination of a buffet as well as a fixed menu to order from. They make excellent tea/coffee and have a good selection of juices as well. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!

The only complaint I have is that I'd like more vegetarian options for breakfast. Most of the mains are meat/seafood based. While the fixed menu does have options, the savoury items in the buffet do not (or at least did not) have vegetarian options.

Great hotel, friendly staff with an excellent breakfast. Rooms are spacious and feel brand new. The hotel has a real 5 star feel, especially the service from the staff. We stayed here twice over our holiday and really enjoyed our time here.

Only negative is the location, it's a bit of a walk to the hotel from Tonglor BTS Station. They provide a free shuttle service to the station and also the emporium mall. It would be great If they had, like other hotels we've stayed in a pick up at the station too as we struggled to get a taxi to drop us off?

The location is excellent, smack in the middle of the coolest restaurants , bars and a 5 min drive to the BTS which gets you to the Emquartier & Emporium malls. This was my third stay at this property, I first visited in 2019, then in 2020 for my honeymoon, this time my husband and I visited with friends and it’s kept up its quality over the years. We stayed in a junior king suite,which was quiet, clean and spacious with a city view. The staff at the hotel goes above and beyond to ensure one has a comfortable stay, a van is available for free for pick and drops from the BTS, a lovely luxury during the hot Bangkok summer. The breakfast has great variety and goes on till 2pm on weekends which is great when one wants to sleep in. The Italian restaurant by the pool has a delicious menu. Separately the hotel is connected to a very chic mall, which has salons, a 24 hour grocery store, a curated array of restaurants and nail bars, we picked up souvenirs from there. I can’t praise the patient, lovely and incredibly helpful staff at the hotel. Will keep coming back!

Amazing roof top pool. One large pool and then a small corner pool with great views. Breakfast was good with a large selection of food. Well maintained hotel.

Closest train/metro is around 15 minutes walk. However, there are bars and restaurants in the area.

Exceptionally helpful and attentive staff in the lobby. Always alert and ready with smiles. There is a convenient 24-hour supermarket in the building and also another one down the road. Ample eateries and massage places in the area as well. Accommodation was comfortable, clean and spacious.

Nothing I didn't like but if I may offer some suggestions. 1) Handwash in bathroom shouldn't be diluted with water. 2) Since there is a kitchen area, good idea to provide some paper towels or dish, table cloths so guests can keep the area clean and dry. Dish drying rack would be good too. There is a stove but no pots or pans provided. Couldnt cook our instant noodles. 3) The area is hip and trendy and truly an F&B haven with some vintage and arty hipster shops around. However if you are looking for bargains and BIG MALL shopping, need to take a GRAB car or BTS (quite long trip + walking) to different area.

Everything! The amazing room. The absolutely outstanding and very attentive, care giving and just gorgeous employees. Especially, I want to mention, Suriya who really made us feel like stars. We had one Birthday and the reception organisd the most beautiful birthday surprise ever! They offered the person a plate (which looked like heaven) with a cake who included macarons (this cake was soo beautiful, it looked like art and it tasted absolutely delicious). They also wrote birthday wishes on a card and offered a flower bouquet in a vase!! I mean which hotel does that? It was absolutely outstanding. So so so nice! Thank you sooo much! The jacuzzi at the pool area had this amazing Bangkok skyline view. We could stay there forever... The morning buffed was also really perfect. There was nothing we couldn't find or get there. 💛 It also looked like a piece of art. Everything was presented with so much love and care. The area of Thonglor is beautiful as well. It's not too crowded. BTS is easy acessable. The hotel also offers a drop of service to the BTS. We used it quite a lot. I can really recommend the Muu Bangkok Hotel!

Actually nothing. Maybe the lighting in the bathroom could be a little better for doing the makeup. (but that's peanuts!)

Room: We missed the first night and check-in because of delayed connecting flights. However, arrived the day after and was upgraded into a suite. We were pleasantly surprised and amenities in the space exceeded our expectations. Breakfast: Did not try Location: Along Sukhimvit and walkable to coffee shops, EmQuartier (30 minutes). Close to bars & lounges but not too close where they're loud and you can hear it. We stayed at one other hotel and much preferred this one in terms of decor.

In terms of experience, nothing in particular. However, would have been helped add to the "upgraded suite" experience if the receptionist that checked us in, told us she had done that... whether it was because we missed the first night or if they were being generous.

After a fantastic initial stay, I decided to stay at MUU again and once again, I had a very lovely stay. I arrived early and check-in wasn't available yet but the staff offered to do their best. I went for lunch first and when I came back, not only was I offered the early check-in, I was informed that I had been given an upgrade to a medium suite room (one that's not quite Junior Suite but still fantastic) and my luggage was already in my room. This was top notch service that got my trip off on the happiest of notes. Comfort, room service, location, amenities, transport are all accessible and available as mentioned in an earlier review. Reception and Concierge staff are always friendly, helpful and ready to assist with a smile. Can't wait to be back.

Wonderfully, friendly staff are always smiling and dressed rather trendy, especially the boys.They were always ready to offer transport options to experience Bangkok like a local which was great and cheaper and faster than taxis given the amount of traffic in Bangkok We were upgraded on arrival to a suite, which was lovely and spacious. Breakfast each morning had a wide range of options plus a made to order menu, which we had several.dishes from all small but perfect. Pool restaurant and bar.looked FAB sadly.we ran out of time before we could use but managed to sit for awhile. Lovely small boutique hotel whilst it seemed to be far from shops and temples. I think that's Bangkok it's small but packed with so much hard to pick best area. Two lovely rooftop bars are very close tho.

Sometimes, it seemed far from everything, but I think it was just the amount of traffic in Bangkok that slowed travel down. At times, it would take an hour to go 6km. Think you could walk but too hard to navigate most days. And too tired.
