We had the family suite with 2 separate bedrooms. The suite is huge and equipped with way more than what a tourist needs in Bangkok. The location around Silom Rd is perfect: lot's of excellent restaurants around the corner (don't miss Brasserie 9) but small street stands as well. A combined MRT / BTS station is within 5 minutes walk. You'll also find many different bars for a late drink. The staff is extremely friendly and everything is perfect and clean. Left luggage without a problem on departure day. All in all it's much more of a hotel than what I had expected. (1) Best mix for eating and drinking within walkingdistance. (2) Short MRT drive to old town with culture. (3) Short BTS drive to shopping area Siam.

The location is amazing. Close to both Si Lom MRT and Sala Daeng BTS train stations (within 5-8min walk to either) and plenty of food options including nightly street food and restaurants/ cafes, and massage parlours. We had two family suites and one had quite hard main bed but one was ok, the hotel straight away brought us a mattress topper no problems at all. The pool is clean and so beautiful, sauna and gym also well kept. There is also on site laundry facility costs about 50 THB coins per load of washing, bring your own soap. It’s like a step back in time looks antique furnishings but nice and clean. The rooms are like the photos and family suites are very large for Bangkok with full kitchen facilities. The staff are very nice and helpful, quick to respond to any issues and the rooms have a daily turn down service. Loved our stay and would come back.

Only the main bed was a little uncomfortable because it’s quite hard in one of the family rooms (other room was ok) but the hotel was quick to find a solution and we were able to sleep better once they brought a mattress topper. We found it to be pretty common to have harder beds in Thailand.

Brilliant location. Very friendly staff, quirky attractive design. Loved the interior 'street' design. Comfortable bed, good linen, shower in bath. four bottles of water supplied daily, well fitted kitchen and throughout. Very clean. So convenient and good value.

No balcony. Internal bedroom. On check in you have to give 3000bht for damage deposit. You are warned of a key charge if you lose it. In your room is a huge itemised list of what you will be charged for any small or large breakages. I thought they were used to people damaging the property, so I wondered was I in a safe place? Of course I was - it's a very negative door policy, despite the friendly helpful staff. It needs to be revised. It does not do justice to the quality of the accommodation. Shower not good for old guests, nor is step down into bathroom.

1. The hotel room, the executive suite, is excellent as it’s big and quiet! Air con is quiet enough which is an extra bonus but it’s also very powerful so beware not to set it higher than 22°C. 2. The housekeeper/cleaners are so discreet as they never come in while we’re in the room for cleaning and we never hear them cleaning/moving around in other rooms. We only see them working when we get out of our room. 3. The smart tv lost connection to Wi-Fi which was fine the previous day. After informing the reception in person (as the phone is for outside calls), the tv was re-connected by an engineer and a code was given in case it plays up again. Very happy! 4. Behind the sliding door next to the kitchenette, there’re umbrellas! It’s a must to shield yourselves for trips like the Royal Palace.

1. May be for safety reason, the hot plate of the cooker is not hot enough to do anything quickly even scrambled eggs! 2. On holidays, I always fill the sinks and basins with hot water and detergent to clean the drainage pipes. The sink’s smell alright but the basin in the bathroom still stink. To my horror, it’s from the overflow hole which is blackened with dirt and mould. 3. The hotel is very clean but there’re lots of very audacious rats on the streets as rubbish are only put in plastic bin bags or cardboard boxes left by restaurants and street stalls. It’s a problem the government need to look at very seriously.

The rooms are a great size for a family. They have everything you need.

The beds are quite hard and made it uncomfortable to sleep. Hard beds are very common in Asia but I just hadn't seen that in any of the reviews so would like to warn people.

We stayed for five days (four nights), a couple + 3 (15, 12, 4) and the experience was excellent! The hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant area, many restaurants and a variety of shops around, very close to the train station. The room is a fully equipped apartment spring, includes two large bedrooms, each with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sitting area and a dining room - perfect for a family! The room is fully equipped - admittedly a bit outdated, but that is part of the charm of the hotel. There is a very nice pool, a gym equipped with a sauna and a laundry room for guests to use. The hotel staff is very kind and the feeling is that they go out of their way to please us.

The facilities in the room are a bit outdated

Room is large & has privacy. There are many eateries around. Has a morning market just opposite which is very convenient for breakfast/ lunch. A couple of shopping malls, & a 7-11 along the main road. Many cafes, & nail parlours nearby. Aircon in room is strong.

About 10 mins walk from BTS & MRT stations, so it gets quite tiring after a day of activities to walk from the stations & is crowded at peak hours. There are rats seen along the walk to & from the stations which we only see it the first night, has phobia every time walking to & from the stations.

The location is about 7-10mins walk to train station. The room has a kitchen with what u may need. The laundry is a plus . It’s diy but you get to Wash and dry a load for 100bhat. Staff are nice. 24 hrs reception . Small Market in front where u can grab fruits. A shopping centre at walking distance. Reception arranged the cars when I needed, whether short or long trip.

The house cleaning needs a bit of work. They were cleaning but bath mat and sheets were not replaced in my 6days stay. Early check in was not provided. Cannot say much as I offered to pay but was told it’s fully booked.

The location is great, the rooms are spacious and there's all you need - my husband was working remotely and internet is fast and reliable. Our studio had a whole working area with desk and a separate bedroom! The staff is also great, super nice and helpful. You can do your own laundry for a small cost (getting coins at the reception). I also used the pool/gym area, not overcrowded at all (actually mostly empty). We had a great stay!

Rooms were large, clean and well maintained with lots of cutlery and bowls, cups and mugs for preparing food if desired. Location was very central with easy walking access to transport (trains, buses, tuk tuks) and Silom complex shopping centre for groceries and food. There were also some good restaurants and street food markets and stalls within easy walking distance. Hotel staff were nice and accomodating.

The lifts were a little strange - you never knew which lift would open. The keys in the room door were a little difficult to use - would have preferred a card system for the room doors. There seemed to be quite a lot of Chlorine in the swimming pool but otherwise it was very nice and easy to use.
