Good location, reasonable price, friendly staff, allow to early check-in if the room is available.

Environment around hotel is very dirty ex. many rats, trash.

The location was really good, in between of bts and mrt (around few minutes walking). Lot of street food vendors and two 7eleven nearby. Also a dry cleaning store, i don't have to wash my clothes is a bless during this trip. The 2 staff lady are very nice, always smiling and greeting us. Free noodles cup, biscuits, tea and coffee.

The room is wear and tear, a little old. The AC is a bit loud when running full speed fan. My room only have bathtub, so have to take shower while standing in the bathtub. A little inconvenient. The street to the main road at night when people leave big trash bags, the big family of rats are roaming freely. I always take the opposite sidewalk to avoid those trash spots.

Glad I chose this wonderful hotel! friendly staff, quiet room, within walking distance of lumpini park, metro and bus stop. Near a sufficient number of different cafes for every taste, 7/11, ATM, massage parlor. Large selection of transport to get to any Mall for shopping. The hotel is open 24 hours, next time I will definitely come back here. If you are planning a budget option to see Bangkok for a couple of days, this hotel is for you. And most importantly, there were no Russians in the hotel.

Pro: 1. Strategic location accessible within 5 min walking distance from BTS and MRT 2. Free Thai instant noodle, biscuit, banana, coffee that you can have in the morning. 3. I booked two twin sharing rooms and I got one free upgrade room from twin sharing to triple bed room with complimentary from Booking.com for my genius membership. 4. Staff are very friendly and helpful. 5. Free drinking water in the fridge and replenish daily. 6. A lot of tv stations to watch. 7. Book ahead few months to get a better room rate. 8. Slipper is provided in the room. Definitely this hotel is recommended to stay and I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel in the future.

Con: 1. No kettle in the room. You need to go to ground floor to drink hot water. 2. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided but this is fine with us.

Location was near 2 train stations. Taking a cab or Grab was so easy from the hotel. All four hotel staff I encountered during my trip were all very helpful. They provide soap and shampoo but bring a toothbrush and toothpaste. The towels, pillows, and beds were clean and comfortable. Towels were replaced every day, no issues with the hot/cold water from the shower either. I asked for a hairdryer and they provided it promptly.

Sounds from the hallway could be heard, sometimes cars can be heard driving by from my room on the 4th floor. If you're a light sleeper, you might find this troublesome.

Arrived late & they ensured that Someone was there to check me in. Staff members were polite & pleasant. The room was.comfortable & provided well needed rest after a 24hr journey. The location is excellent, removed from the noise, yet just a stone's throw from the street food, shopping centers & multiple modes of transportation in the Silom area, as well as the active nightlife for all walks of life when the sun goes down.

Some partygoings had to be asked to tone it down upon their late return from their night out by their nextdoor neighbor, but it's no fault of the Inn. I personally didn't hear them at all, but I wasn't the lady next door either.

The location, the rooms was unexpectedly spacious. The staff who accomadated us when we arrived was very nice and friendly(i just hope the others will follow her lead). They offer free snacks(biscuits which was really good) and coffee. It is closed to bts and mrt stations 5 to 10 mins walk, which is very convenient.

There was a power outage on our 2nd night. All power in all rooms were cut out for over an hour. They were very apologetic and it was not intentional.

The room was larger than I expected with a big window. The staff were very helpful. Easy access to MRT and BTS station. Lots of food stalls in the area which was convenient.

There were some hair left in the bathroom and some stuff left in the fridge from the previous guest. I wish there were also lace curtains or some sorts; that way we can have a daylight without exposing ourselves directly to the window.

The location is perfect! Room was specious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to store our luggage at the hotel before our check in date because we had to fly to Bali, that was service beyond expectation. THANK YOU! Plus point is that Netflix is available without charging here!!!!!

Water pressure in the shower was to low and no power at all. More outlet in the room would be more convenient..

Staff was super helpful and they let us in with an early check in without any additional fee.Room was spacious enough to fit us and the luggage but it could not fit anything else. The room was clean. Tea,coffee, biscuits and noodles are available in the kitchen area downstairs and those are available free of charge.also.BTS station is in walking distance.

Everything was okay for us.
