We had an amazing stay at CLOUD hostel, we stayed 4 nights and then came back for another night after Kanchanaburi. The hostel was amazing, the rooms were cosy but very comfortable, the beds were great and there was aircon. The common areas had plenty of seating and were a nice place to relax. The bathrooms were clean and pleasant. Highly recommend the Thai egg omelette for breakfast! The staff were so lovely and helpful. The location of the hostel is great, near public transport and places to eat. Would highly recommend!

On one night there were some loud guests in the early hours that could be heard from the bathroom and corridors - but this wasn’t the hostels fault, the walls are just on the thinner side where the building is a converted temple, so bring ear plugs in case.

We went in the middle of the week, so it was alittle more “dead” than usual, but that’s not the properties fault.

This is a breezy hostel in a great location that offers a couple of private rooms in addition to dormitory-style accommodation. I have only stayed in the private rooms. The architecture in the style of a Chinese temple is fun, the atmosphere is enjoyable without being noisy or distracting. It's possible to meet people in the communal eating areas, or the public spaces, but also easy to maintain some distance and privacy. The private rooms are spacious and quiet, the beds are comfortable, wifi is lightning fast, the staff are easygoing. The location is brilliant for people interested in hanging around in the Silom area.

The bathrooms in the private rooms are a bit tight. Water pressure a bit low.

Great location down a quite lane way, really nice building. Nice place to chill, read or watch a movie. Very close to the lovely lumphini park. I like the staff also. Nice and very pretty 😍 Thank you & looking forward to seeing you again.🙏

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is tastefully renovated. Shared bathroom and toilets are clean. Our flight is at night time and there are huge size lockers (bring your own padlock) to store your luggage and the staff allowed us to use their facilities and hang around for a bit after checkout.

Nothing, but be careful with the ladder to the upper bunk as the split ladder is a bit of a hazard and can easily bump into it.

I’ve stayed here a few times when I need to be in the city from the outskirts. Absolutely love the it. You got a tiny room which is so cozy. Then you share a bathroom down the hall which is super quiet and clean and convenient. It’s super dark in the room and very comfy beds and pillows. I love the outside space as well. A great place to just lounge if you don’t want to leave

The hallway can be a bit noisy if others come back late. I sleep with earplugs so it was fine

Amazing helpful staff! Very relaxing feel to the hostel, reasonable price and perfect location especially if you want to spend time in Silom.

Areas clean dorms very chilled. Nice asthetic tucked away from the Main Street but can still grab taxi’s and bikes from just outside. Gives the hostel a very relax feel.

Clean, not too big so it felt personal. We had a private room with a large bed and two single bunks. Clean communal bathroom was great, always clean and had a little sitting area and hairdryer for after the shower which was great. Lovely staff at the desk. Did laundry for us and was delivered back to our room before we returned

Open air bathrooms got some mosquitos in the evening but not a huge issue.

Booked a private room, which was basic, but clean and very comfortable. The staff were really kind, and there were lots of places for you to chill/socialise. Location was perfect for those planning on using public transport, and was very close to the lovely park.

Noise insulation of private rooms wasn’t great - we were kept awake by loud guests in the communal bathroom most nights.

Nice cosy rooms with AC. Shared bathrooms were nice. Staff were friendly and the design of the whole place was lovely with the Koi pond and the temple style exterior. There was also a nice area to relax downstairs with a free pool table.

It was super quiet and it is not a social hostel at all. Good for people who want their own space but we were hoping there would be some other people around. Also the location was OK and well connected but a bit far from locations such as Khao San Road (around 1hr on metro)
