The hotel is relatively new and has all the facilities you would require including a beautiful pool and a gym. All the reception and kitchen staff throughout my stay was incredibly friendly and the family feel really sets the hotel apart from many chain hotels in Bangkok. I was travelling alone but was made to feel with friends and one night there was live music and a prize raffle for new years which was a lovely opportunity to get to know other guests from all over the world. The rooms are clean and spacious and have small kitchen area should you wish to bring food back or buy from the big market across the road. Breakfast was included and was good food and big portions, always with a plate of fresh fruit and freshly cooked food. Always served with a big smile. You shouldn’t let the location dissuade you from booking. You really get the best of both worlds with a nice quiet place to come back to but easy access to everything you would want to see, particularly if it’s your first time in Bangkok and you are going to the main sites. Being near Thonburi railway station gives you access to great days out at Kanchanaburi and Nakhon Pathom (highly recommended) and you can also get to Wat Paknam and Wat Arun easily. If you want to go across the river and do the sites in Rattankosin such as the grand palace, Wat Pho etc this is also easy, with a ferry crossing at Wang Lang getting you across the river in 2 minutes for 4.5 baht. Wang Lang market is worth a visit and good to walk through on the way to the pier, lots of great food available here and at local prices. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough for those who value service and are looking for a more traditional, local style stay away from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit. Many of the guests I met have been coming back for years and it’s easy to understand why. It’s obvious the family put a lot of effort into making this hotel a success.

The room is relatively basic, not really luxury but I felt the hotels facilities really made up for this. Being able to have a peaceful swim at the end of a busy day exploring was fantastic.

Great location, friendly staff and clean place.

Needed to check out later and they were initially fine about it but then when it came to it they tried to charge us 100 bhat for doing so but this was not mentioned at the time of agreeing to use checking out late. Need spoons in the rooms.

I arrived late at night, and the location was not what I expected. It was in a small alley, dark and quiet, with nothing around. I was starving, so I bought two packs of frozen rice from the reception, and the staff reheated it for me. However, the next day, my expectations completely changed. It turned out to be a hidden gem. The hotel is situated in a small, quiet alley, which allowed me to get a good night's sleep. When I walked out to the main street, it was bustling with local stalls. The room was clean and quite simple, but it had a pool view. The staff were friendly, and the pool was clean and comfortable. The only downside is that the BTS stations are a bit far from the hotel, but it's easy to catch a local bus or use a bike. I loved the place, and I will definitely go back the next time I visit Bangkok.

This property is a lovely little gem. We were unsure when we first arrived as it’s not in a touristy area, but once we stepped foot inside we loved it. The staff were the loveliest people we have ever met and were so kind. The pool is lovely, saltwater so nice and clean. Breakfasts made for us in a preorganised time. Not far from the public transport and easy to get too with Bolt and Grab. A supermarket just down the road and 7elevens a few mins walk away. Honestly if we ever come back to Bangkok we will be staying again!

The one downside is that the mattress was slightly hard (in a more Asian than European style).

What truly set them apart was their dedication to returning my forgotten iPad. They went above and beyond, reaching out through various channels to make sure I didn't leave it behind. The hotel's strategic location near the hospital was a key factor in my booking, and it exceeded expectations. Every amenity promised on the booking platform was delivered, making it a reliable and enjoyable stay. Hightly recommended if you want to experience a true charm of Thai people 👍

Superb staff. I traveled alone, they took care of me and treated like family. Very tidy room. Comfortable bed.

I loved everything about this hotel. It was sparkling clean, all of the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Located away from the hustle and bustle, but accessible to anywhere. After a hot and steamy day in Bangkok, the pool was heavenly and the setting was so pretty and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. I am sure I will go back there.

Nothing to dislike.

Everything perfect. Noteworthy is how incredibly welcoming and accomodating the staff is. The swimming pool and palm trees also make for a wonderful clean, beautiful, and peaceful place. Relaxing music at the reception during the day.

Purely personal and I cannot blame anything about the property itself is I noticed after the fact I wanted to go more and more to Sukhumvit, which was not next door.

Very safe and secure property. The staff were amazing! They helped me with every need that I had and even arranged onward travel for me when I was having difficulty doing so. Large, simple room with everything I needed. Everything on the property was well maintained. The environment was quiet and calm. The breakfasts were huge and varied and I enjoyed starting my day with these beautiful meals.

Ideal for the train station to Kanchanaburi. Made even better by the hotel driving us to Thonburi Train Station. They refused any payment and couldn't have been more helpful during our brief stay.

Getting to the accommodation by public transport wasn't practical. Restaurants near the hotel were not great and closed very early.
