Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and smiled. Beer and Tong were greatly instrumental in contacting the BKK airport several times to help us retrieve our “accidentally left behind suitcase at the airport’s baggage claim area”. It would have been extremely difficult without their help. Beer also gave us a map of the city and a card with the hotel’s address and “Take me Back to the Hotel”. The beautiful Landscaping at the Entrance was also found outside the Dining Room Area. The Lobby is lovely and pleasantly designed to include seating in 3 different areas with 4 beautiful Vases approximately 5-6 feet tall. The Lobby also included an area with free snacks and water. Water bottles were delivered to the Room every day. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. The room was quiet. The closet had lots of hangers and a large safe. The blackout Curtains kept out the heat and light. One wall had an insert to display 3 small Asian Lidded Vases. This was a nice touch to the room. The room came with a mini -refrigerator, an electric kettle, plus a desk with lots of counter space. Housekeeping keep the hotel very clean. The Bathroom had a wonderful shower plus Bath and Hair Shampoo. The towel rack was firmly mounted and there was good counter space. The Breakfast Area was nicely displayed. Breakfast was served by a delightful man called Bair. There were 5 options ( 1 American & 4 Thai). All the food was delicious. On the counter were makings for salad, toast with peanut butter & jams, plus desserts.The presentation was pleasingly organized. The Location was simply great. It was a 5 minute walk to the BTS . There were also many options for street food and a small grocery store.

There were no drawers in the night stand. Shelving for clothes, etc. was lacking. The shower was wonderful but the sink had no hot water.

We always stay here when we're in Bangkok - it's a great area away from the busy bit, but it's so well connected with the BTS five minutes walk away. The beds in the Bangkok Loft Inn are the comfiest in Bangkok, hands down - even more than the five start hotel we usually round off our trip at. the staff are very helpful, the wifi is good, the rooms are clean and a great size.

The only slight disappointment was that the hotel has new owners since the pandemic, and the breakfasts have changed. Before this was the best breakfast in Bangkok - the Thai pork and rice was unbelievable - but the menu is different now. It's nice, but it's not as good, plus there used to be lots of lovely juices and yoghurts available in the fridge, but they're gone too. The selection of food that was out for breakfast wasn't great either, lots of very sweet stuff that wasn't really breakfast-appropriate. Bring back the old breakfasts please and it'll be a 10/10! I'd still come back though :)

I really enjoyed my stay in Bangkok Loft Inn. Staff went above and beyond to help me, helping me with any questions I had such as where to get a certain item, how to get to a such and such place. They were enthusiastic about helping customers! I felt more than welcome and my stay was made comfortable by the very kind and friendly staff. So, yeah, I would definitely recommend !

Breakfast should have more options! I would have loved if traditional Thai breakfast was also served ! Or more options for breakfast from different countries, etc.

Exceptional staff, location near BTS line, easy to travel all over. Room is huge. If you are looking for luxury then wrong place, it is simple clean,comfortable. Water, coffee and tea on daily basis. What I asked for, ie more hangers, were provided. Can't give a review re breakfast unfortunately, I did not use it or the gym as well.

Good spacious room. Cleanest. Easy to go to the old town by taxi and Silom and Sukhumvit road by train. My room was enough quiet coz I asked about not road side. Friendly and responsible management team.

The hotel is located on a huge road. I pity you if your windows face the road. There's nothing interesting around the hotel. No place to go. I didn't find good coffee shops or restaurants nearby. The closer one is located around 1 km.

Breakfast was the normal Thai breakfast, with a variety of items, with the so called "American breakfast". The food was okay and area was kept very clean. The Inn was very quiet even with construction outside main entrance. I have no complaints.

honestly the staff were the best, we couldn’t connect to the WiFi so they guy came up to our floor and checked the issue and came up with a solution so we could connect differently. amazing!

literally the only thing was that it was a little trek to town but you could get the bts very easily (8 mins walk)

Very friendly and helpful staff, close to BTS, 7-11 and market, clean and cozy room. Worth the money! highly recommend!
