Great location a 2 floor 7eleven is a 2 min walk, Krung Thon Buri BTS station is in front of the hotel so you can roam around bangkok easy peasy. With nearby restaurant and a good wifi. With free coffee at the lobby and clean and comfortable rooms. The price is very affordable for it's location and service. Staffs are helpful and nice. Surely we will recommend

Minor thing 1 key card was given during our stay which is hard for us especially if the other person will be left in the room, we need to asked for assistance to the staff everytime to access the door going to the elevator.

Good location, right at the exit of bts so it is easy to transfer by public transportation. Good price, it is new so it clean. Staff are available 24hrs. 7eleven only 2min away (that 7elecen have 2 floor, remember to go upstairs). Free 2 water glass bottle per day.

The room very basic, no toothbrush, slippers. You still can hear next room noise and car, tuk tuk, motobike acceleration noise. Water pressure not even, weak then suddenly super strong.

Clean, comfortable, and great location to use the BTS. Beds were comfy and reasonably quiet for being in the city.

More space to hang clothes would be nice.

The hotel building is new with excellent location, easy to go around. BTS stasiun with lift in front of hotel. Even the room was small but it's so clean and the bed really comfy. No provide breakfast, but hotel serve coffe & tea at 6 - 11 am for free and there 7/11 store just few steps. Really love stay here.

It would be better if hotel put curtains on the windows that can prevent people from seeing into the room but sunlight can still enter the room.

i like the location and BTS next to the hotel. 711 is just a little walk. Because it is a new hotel, the interior is still clean and spotless. The bed was so comfy. Cleanliness is the best. Overall, A budget hotel with a 5 star standard!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ i think i have found my choice of 5 star budget hotel to stay in Thailand.

I just wish that there were light switches that can only turn off certain lights. Some people prefer to just have 1 light when they sleep and maybe bedside light can be turned off one at a time and leaving 1 light on. I felt weird with the toilet door. Looks like a hospital door.

- great location, just in front of the Krung Thonburi BTS station and a 15 mins walk to the Iconsiam mall - reception is open 24hrs and you can leave lugggage on day of check in or check out - they provide liquid soap and shampoo - free coffee in the morning - they sell water and some drinks - staff are nice and polite

- no cabinet for clothes, we only had 3 hangers to share between 2 people

Everything. We love this chain. Super simple no-frills minimalistic hotel chain, with access to BTS just outside the property. Free coffee is a plus. 7-eleven a few steps away. Great breakfast restaurant a block away. Laundry facilities around the corner. Great cost-benefit ratio

Can’t complain

Good simple functional rooms. Good desk, bed, showers. Attentiveness of cleaning staff appreciated.

Road noise - (but mitigated with earplugs well). Free Wifi could get working, just required relogins on every use. Once started it was pretty good.

Hotel don't provide free breakfast but do have free coffee. Location is near to bts Krung Thonburi Station, just 1 Station to Icon siam very handy.

Look like the wall is not sound proof can hear next door tv sound at midnight.
