Very spacious rooms and courtyard, restaurant food selection was excellent - included a bar and starbucks cafe' within the hotel as well as vending machine in the lobby. Pool was well maintained with a nice rooftop view as well. Location was very convenient to get cabs and walk to lots of different areas as well. There are several 7/11s within walking distance nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Difficulty communicating with the staff at reception due to language barrier. Nothing major but maybe staff with better English speaking skills can communicate better with International guests. Wish the restaurant/bar was open for a longer period of time - it closes at 10pm.

Amazing hotel, best service, give welcome drinks and nice glass water to drink, also give out free drink in the cafe. They clean the room everyday and they have a gym open 24 hours and a very nice pool outdoor. The AC works great and they have very nice beds and shower room. Check-in starts at 3 PM but they checked me in around 12 which is much appreciated. Their staff are very kind and welcoming. Would 100% come back again in the future.

Staff friendly and very accommodating. Quick smooth check in and check out process. Easy access to car park for free parking. Clean comfortable and very spacious rooms. Amazing price for what you get. Great location, close to shuttle bus from bkk airport and also for hop on hop off bus tours.

At times there was a nasty smell from the drains. Maybe more of a Bangkok issue than the hotel itself? First time I've stayed in Bangkok so not totally sure.

Khao San Road wasn’t too far away so it was great that I could walk there. Hotel had 7/11 nearby. The palaces are a short taxi ride away. The hotel was super clean and modern. The room was so spacious!

The wifi didn’t work properly so when I asked the night staff at the front desk, she was extremely rude to me. She said the wifi username and password so fast that I couldn’t catch it. She also spoke to me in Chinese when I spoke to her in English. It was bold of her to assume I was Chinese especially when I didn’t speak it at any point in time during the conversation. I was also carrying a heavy suitcase and backpack and the doorman or hotel lobby staff did not offer any assistance. This was the first hotel I had rated as a 4 star with no assistance.

Brand new hotel, right beside the night market and city centre. Extremely attentive and friendly staff. They went out of their way to make our stay more pleasant. You can also book all your activities, scooter, laundry there. Rooms are clean as it's a brand new hotel.

Reception staff were very friendly! When dealing with some other staff (in restaurant, maids) it was difficult for me as their English was not great. Area was pretty good with 7 eleven nearby. Easy to get taxi / grab anywhere else we required.

We visited the pool twice and there were no towels available. Used my room towel on the first visit and had to request fresh towels from reception on the second visit. There was a small stain on the bed sheets. Headboard was hanging on to the wall by a nail. Hotel breakfast, massage services etc are very expensive compared to local places.

A good location - 15 min walk or 5-10 min tuktuk to/from Khao San Road area. Complimentary tuk tuk to Khoa San road in the evenings. The staff were lovely and welcoming. Great breakfasts with lots to choose from. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size with a great balcony for drying wet clothing. Would happily stay again.

The rooftop pool is on the roof of an adjacent building, ober looking the carpark. So you have to walk out of the hotel and then up a set of outside stairs. Hotel is near a busy flyover so you can hear quite a bit of traffic and sirens. The rooms are not very sound proof, so if you have noisy neighbours, I can see that being problematic.

The hotel is brand new, consists of two buildings. Very nice and spacious rooms, adjustable air-con, stable wi-fi and tea-coffee in the room. Very good breakfast with both "Western/European" food as well as Thai dishes and fruits. Nice, but relatively small swimming pool on 3rd floor. Some rooms have balconies or little terrace and table and chairs. Nice location - within 10 minutes walk to the UN ESCAP and within 15 minutes to KhaoSan/Rambutri zone.

Nice central location, but some rooms are directly looking at the street leading to Rama VIII bridge and its flyover, so traffic and noise can be larger - but the hotel staff is helping and changes room if possible. One more thing - door insulation of each room could be better - one hears everything what happens at the corridor...

Two King size beds in a double room, very friendly for family. Very comfortable room size. Breakfast selection smaller than in other hotels but definitely sufficient and of very good quality. We liked the coffee and the Starbucks products they served outside of breakfast time. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Hotel is new (or newly renovated) and in good condition. Good location and via tuk tuk all areas within reasonable reach.

The pool is a pool, not more not less. Definitely not necessary if you come for a city trip - but if swimming pool is important for you, this one might be too small.

I loved the location and the coffee shop on the corner. My room was very clean and on the 7th floor I had an excellent view of the wat. I loved having a balcony for fresh air. the bed was very comfortable and clean. staff was friendly and it felt safe.

when I was on a lower floor there was no view. sometimes there was a toilet smell but it usually dissipated. I never went into the restaurant. It was enclosed in glass and seemed uninspired. I preferred all the nearby outdoor cafes. Sometimes the music (Christmas carols!) in the hallway was too loud.
