STAFF are very excellent especially peach he's very helpful and treat kindly to everyone and also sweet smile I really felt pleasure since when I arrive for check in,he is the one who I met ,other people also good I'm not sure for name Aliyah (it's correct or not)Anyway it might be memorable vacation for me.I will come again to this property.Thanks you dear team.

I book the car from reception not sure from whom I booked SUV actually but I got only normal taxi I don't know exactly but driver also wait me long time that is why satisfied for me but I still have question about for difference of car why couldn't get SUV with high rate.

-spacy room -not far from BTS Nana, cafes, shops, massage spots and crowded streets -bottles of drinking water were provided to the room

-the window looked out onto the wall of a neighboring building. -one night was a bit noisy because of the people from India who were staying on the same floor. It seemed strange why they didn't understand that at night you needed to be quiet because others rested. -when I wanted to extend one more day I was told there was no place and I needed to come at the reception early morning to check it. But when I checked on booking.com there was a possibilty to book.

The room (#501) is larger than normal hotel room, with two TVs. It has one full bathroom and a half bathroom.

The problem is the smell makes the stay very uncomfortable. If no such smell, I would give it 5-stars for the price and location.

the location of the hotel is good that you could walk to BTS Nana station in 5 minutes and also nearby terminal 21, room is big with reasonable price, staff is friendly and helpful.

we stayed here for 6 nights, just roughly fill the water, towels and toilet paper daily but without make up the room even like cleaning the floor and toilet. besides, the A/C is too old and could not cool down the whole area of the room

The staff are amazing. I was a returning customer. They remembered where I was going and inquired how it went. Great location. Consistently good.

I did not have any bath towels when I arrived. They quickly remedied the situation and the manager made sure he apologised when I left. Great customer service. Problems always occur- it’s what people do when they occur. It is unfortunate the breakfast option is so expensive (relatively) otherwise I would certainly have tried their breakfast.

Book this hotel now, I really had perfect sleep at room 401, was quiet, clean, the shower strong water, huge room, living room, 2 big TV with lots of channels, the bed was good, fridge, and safety box, the street not that busy so no noise, nana train station 2 min walking, the staff was really good, if I back to bKK defiantly will stay there again, felt like home, they cleaning the room everyday.

Location of Hotel very good. Near to all attractions but far from noise. Rooms were cozy and stay was comfortable. Good options available in Veg Indian food and good test. Staff is very Helpful and friendly. Good cleanliness and good size bathroom. They daily refill water bottle and tea coffee pouches.

Little inside the ally so have to walk for 5 min to reach main road.

I stayed for 3 nights. from the start to the end of my stay I cannot fault this hotel All the staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful in every way The Hotel is spotlessly clean & the rooms are well equipped & nicely decorated lovely restaurant serving Thai & Indian food. Fresh & delicious. Also the hotel is amazing value for money I live in Pattaya & visit Bangkok regularly. Without question I will always stay at the Club Mahindra.
