Good sized apartment in a convenient location to Sukhumvit road and BTS Station. Having a washing machine is always good.

Room was never cleaned by housekeeping despite putting the sign on the door. I had to restock water and toilet roll at my own expense. Tv channels didn't work but I had my tablet so didn't mind too much. No washing up liquid to do dishes.

hotel location is in the best position.

Everything was good. but what I didn’t like is their rules, they clean the room after every 3 days, also there is one of the girl receptionists whose behavior I didn’t like for example whenever I asked for something she was always busy with her phone and behaved she didn’t want to listen what I want to say. And when we are going to check out from the hotel, they said we lost 1 of their spoons and for that, they charge 200 Thai baht. I was so unhappy with that because I did not even know I lost it or its already not there while I am check in. In the end, there was one of their male receptionists who was so much polite with everything thing.

It was so convenient! The Nana station, 7 Eleven, Boots and other pharmacies are just outside the accommodation. The Sukhumvit night market is just there too! Lots of food around. Also walking distance to Terminal 21!! Lots of cafes as well. Although the red light district is just there, its not messy nor noisy. I loved the studio we stayed! Glad we had a living room and kitchenette. Housekeeping was easy and requesting for things like toilet paper or extra pillows is as easy, as I get to text the reception on WhatsApp! They are very helpful and very responsive!

Very comfy little lounge area, great TV, with Netflix etc washing machine and oven, great little kitchen area,nice sofa, comfy bed, very clean. superb location just 5 min walk nana BTS. Very nice quiet area, just 5 mins and your in the bustling nana area. Full of energy.

Hard to explain, rooms are a smaller than the pics show, probably because of the low ceilings maybe that's a picky point it's almost perfect but not quite...kind of a tight feel to the space would be better all open (one room) with floating TV.. instead of Trying to split the living area with a separate bedroom....hope that makes sense. But on the whole great place to stay. Ok for the money. Location saves the day.

The location is very convenient, just 2-3 minutes walk to the Nana BTS station. There are two outlets of Seven-Eleven nearby. McDonald's and many other restaurants are at walking distance.

The only thing that bothered us was the weird smell each time we entered the apartment. But didn't bother us after 5-10 minutes as we got adjusted to it. We found out the smell was actually coming from the small bathroom. Maybe the suction doesn't work well in that bathroom. It could be easily solved with an air freshener and fixing the suction system of the bathroom. But all the other things were so comfortable and great that the smell wasn't at all a big deal for us. We will be staying here next time we visit Bangkok again in-sha-Allah.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring, and it was especially great for families with kids. The room had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay!

the location was great, walking distance to BTS NaNa station and just a block away to sukhumvit 11 district. but the noise from the night clubs doesn’t travel to where we stay. so it was nice an quiet. staff members were friendly and helpful. easy check in and out.

once we got on our floor, the hall way was covered by this mouldy water smells. some party of the flooring in the room were damaged by water and kind of mouldy in the floor boards.

Everything was amazing about this apartment. The location is not too crowded and very calm as compared to the nearby Soi. The staff was very friendly and professional. They helped us in whatever matter we requested their assistance. They have all the facilities on board, including the fully automatic washing machine and iron for self laundry. Even the cutlery was available based on the number of guests per room or apartment. Would definitely recommend it for a family stay as it's a safe environment. Parking is available on site too.

Great location, close to Sukhumvit road and yet quiet. Apartment is nice but smaller than the pictures suggest.

Doesn't have housekeeping every day. TV in the bedroom didn't work, otherwise it is as advertised and has all amenities needed for a short stay.

The apartment was really nice the bed really comfy all the amenities were good the only thing we would ask for in the future is to be on a higher floor as floor 2 was facing the other building having a bit of view when sitting on the balcony would have been better. All up great place would recommend.
