The hotel is clean, fresh and up to date. The pool is excellent. The food is great. I was scepticle about the location at first, but it is quiet and peaceful all day and night. The BTS and shops are within a comfortable walk from the hotel. But most of ALL the staff are amazing, friendly, accomodating and extremely helpful. Having stayed in a few hotels in Bangkok recently, this is by far the best value for money. I will be returning soon.

if i had to complain about anything, it would be the lifts are very slow, but that is being very picky and the only fault I could find.

The Halal Muslim food was a great addition to all your facilities; being Muslim, my family appreciates your food arrangements; and the food was tasty. The room was very clean and spacious.

During the checkout, the hotel's support staff did not wait with us for a Grab taxi until last. Hence, the taxi driver had to carry my baggage (it was a little heavy) in the car trunk, but I expected this service from the hotel staff. However, I admit there might be other guests to check out at that time (in the morning), and the staff might have gone to attend that. In short, that was the most disappointment of my one-night stay at the hotel. They could deploy some more staff in the morning to attend to all guests. The hotel should arrange some additional snacks, juices, and beverages in the room, in case guests are hungry at night. Of course, they will change for the snacks and drinks.

1. Bed were huge as we have a kid. Upgraded from deluxe double to belair suites. 2. Location of the hotel- just a 5 minutes walk to BTS Nana. And with the BTS you can go to Chaktukchat weekend market, platinum mall, paragon siam etc. Just ask the ticketing officers and they will tell which stations to aboard. 3. You can get Mcdonald and nice Thai seafoods nearby the hotel. Just a few minutes walk and you will reach this places. Also they have a 24 hours grocery place which also serves foods.

1. Water heater basically not working. For 5 days we basically shower on cold water temperature. 2. Swimming pool should put some sign on how deep is the water to avoid any mishaps. 3. Hotel located at a small valley and was told it is known as the Arabian road.

I liked the price for the room size, and the staff are very nice,friendly and helpful. I liked that they give me early check in, as I arrived 10 in the morning, with 3 rooms reserved and 2 was already available for us. for me this is a bonus after 7 hours flight. the rooms are clean and the bed is comfy the breakfast is not wow but it has what you need to start the day. room service is good.

the furniture is a little bit old and there is no bathtub. some times the air conditioner.AC has some problems but they fixed it in no time.

located on a street that is quiet as compared to the noisy red-light districts that surround it. Amazing city view from the rooms. Great , clean and large pool . Excellent for lap swimming. Comfy large beds, Excellent breakfast buffet. 7-11 convenience store across the street. Food Land super market 50 meters away. Sukhumvit, the main boulevard just a 7 minute walk away. Arab quarter is on the next street over. Great for food and shopping.

The music in the lobby was always a bit rough and edgy. Not good relaxing music.. Some smooth jazz or gentle grovve or easy listening pop would be much appreciated.

room size, I booked grand deluxe it was a very big clean room with two double beds, location at the corner of a nice clean quiet street it’s a one way street so not much traffic, no loud music, few steps to seven eleven convenient store and 24 hours super market, 6 to 7 min walk to nana BT’s station, all kind of Arabic restaurants and money changer around. good for family stay. close to all the happening places, breakfast is small menu but good in taste. staff is accommodating

Friendly staff and will try to meet your requests. Rooms are large with lot of space. Good location for shops restaurants and not far from tourist spots. Plenty of taxis outside hotel or tuktuk nearby. 30 minutes from airport.

3x deluxe rooms booked all 3 the same with same price but got 3 different rooms some with doulble beds and some single beds, when all with double beds requested. Corrected when asked for correct rooms.. Smelling of people smoking weed especially at night. Shops selling drugs all over the area.

Large rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast is buffet style and runs from 630am to 10am so no rush to get up every day. Good choice of cooked, cereal salad and breads each day with egg chef to make them to your choosing.Decent sized swimming pool. Hotel in quite end of soi 5 but just minutes walk to busy night life or BTS station. Staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms cleaned in afternoon each day so again no rush to go out in the day.

Nothing really bad at all during our stay..

Eveything was ok bed room swimming pool kid play room breakfast location..elevator was good the cleaning staff the food quality and there is one reception guy who can talk arabic and they all are helpful

Breakfast was good in general but it some times includes indian food only which makes u eat only omelete and bread

Super-friendly and helpful staff. Modern and spacious rooms. Pretty quiet (in Bangkok terms). Excellent breakfast buffet. Generous space in the parking garage. Nice pool and good gym facilities. 24/7 restaurant service. Location of hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Skytrain.

Some of the electric plugs did not work properly, but plenty in each room.
