Excellent location, in the middle of Khaosan road. Very quiet in the room, could not here anything. Perfect. Then, out in the streets the sound is deafening, but in the room - peaceful. Great beds, pillows, excellent water pressure and easy to change temperature. A great hotel!

There were some orange stains on the bed, but seemed tp be washed anyways, not fresh stains. Not a problem. There were half smoked joints in the window, also not a problem really. But the smell of ganja was around the whole hotel, which in these days of legalisation is understandable and enjoyable.

Great location is you’re looking to stay on Khaosan Road. We arrived at hotel a couple of hours before checkin and they let us into the room early as there was one available. The bed was extremely comfy and we were grateful for it after our flight from Ireland. If you’re arriving later in the day, it’s quite manic outside and you might not be able to get dropped to the door. Bed linen and towels in room provided were clean. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were in shower and complimentary tooth brush and tooth paste provided. Pool is clean and they also have separate towels available to use up there for free.

Waited 30 mins for breakfast, we were the only people a breakfast bar.

I've stayed here multiple times over the years , going back to 15 years ago when it was just the D&D. Let me put it this way, its great for Khaosan Rd. It's (relatively) quiet, clean, has a fridge, bed is fine, bathroom is pretty good at this price point with included shower gels/ shampoo. Rooftop pool is awesome, especially at sunset - with a great view over the grand palace and temples. At this price, it easily ticks all the boxes and I'd happily stay again.

Nothing much - Walls were a bit banged up in the room but thats about it. It was still clean. Cant say much!

the place is located in a busy road at night esp weekends, where there's always party, Hotel was good and the staff were helpful.. Unless you are looking for a happening area where you want to party. Street foods and souvenirs are easily accessible but a bit expensive. the roof and pool on it had a great view, bar is not so much though. You can see the grand palace at night. Taxi and tuktuk are easily available. laundy and tour agencies are easily available at hotel ground floor

but since its a tourists area, the place is filled with marijuana, and clubs. So its a bit noisy and definitely not a suitable area for kids. Marijuana smell is everywhere.

The hotel is in a very central location - in fact, I hadn't realised just how popular Khao San Rd is! Considering the busy street and sheer level of noise outside at night, I was amazed by how quiet the room was. We slept well, totally undisturbed. The staff were not only friendly and helpful, but we were also allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated after a long flight and sleepless night beforehand. Sadly, we didn't get to use the pool.

We didn't have the greatest view from our window (internal, facing another room), but I wonder if we might have got a better room had we checked in when we were supposed to.

reasonably priced hotel in the middle of Khaosan road. we had a room at the back so no noise. the room was very clean and had lots of shelves to put your toiletries on. the room is fairly small but had a mini fridge which was very convenient.

was missing however a suitcase holder + wardrobe or clothes rack. there are two hangers and two hooks on the wall but we stayed a week and that’s not enough. they have a schedule about the housekeeping which said they collect rubbish etc on day 2 and then come clean on day 3 or 4, but they haven’t done it for 3 days and I had to ask the reception to take out the rubbish, stock up on toilet paper, change the bath mat and clean the floor (the shower was leaking through the door) on day 3/4.

Room is fine, a bit old but for this money is good. Location is perfect you can reach small shops near your hotel or go to the bar street for a drink or dance. Pool on the roof is relaxing and cozy, I like that place and if I have opportunity I will come back there in future! Nice and smiley staff thanks them !

vendors, they sell suits at the entrance of the hotel, I understand it's their business, but if I don't need it, I won't buy it, because it's obvious. A little annoying, but it has nothing to do with the hotel

The hotel is in a great spot. The rooftop pool area was definitely a highlight of the hotel its the perfect place to hang out. The bed was super comfortable.

After reading reviews we requested a "quiiet" room the first room we went to was definitely not a "quiet" room as the noise from koh san was extremely loud but after requesting to move we were moved straight away to a room on the far side of the building and this was alot better no loud music could be heard. But that being said due to the great location you should expect some noise.

Room was a bit small and worn out, needs a bit of a refurb. But for the price it was more than fine. No view at all from room, looked directly at the next buildings roof.

- My room was nice and quiet, could not hear loud music at all. Occasionally I could hear people coming back to their rooms but I thought it would be much more disruptive than it actually was. - The room was clean and comfortable, the AC worked well, good shower pressure, hot water, mini fridge, water, coffee and tea, tv - The rooftop pool and bar was great

When you exit the hotel at night directly onto Khao San Road it is a bit hectic. But because the hotel itself is quiet I think the location is great.
