The location is the best thing about this property. The room was very good.

The staff were less friendlier than other places where we stayed during our 3 weeks trip. Looks like it’s coming from upper management as everyone is behaving the same way.

The rooms where basic but very clean and had everything you needed, ideal for what you need. the location is perfect and right in the heart of everything but slightly away just enough not to have to listen to the music of some bars through the late hours. Pool was very clean although small, when we stayed there was nobody using it so we had it to ourselves each day. Everything is within close walking distance, Khoasan road is less than 5 minutes around the corner, shops, restaurants etc.. all at your door step, would highly recommend this hotel if staying a few nights and want to be close to everything. We had kids in there own room and they loved it also.

Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The bathroom was fabulous. Noise wasn’t an issue & they also had ear plugs in the room. The curtains do let light in but I had an eye mask to sleep with so it was a non-issue for me. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the on-site restaurant served lovely food. The rooftop pool area is lovely and the pool perfect temperature. (Having a 24hrs Burger King was also a bonus coming home late 😂). The staff looked after my room key for me when I went out which was a real peace of mind. Thank you.

Great hotel for the price, nice and clean. Aircon was a bit poor though, we ran it continously and it didn't cool the room down like other hotels. In fact on the lowest setting the room was still a bit too hot for me to comfortably sleep. Everything else was spot on though, clean room, good location right next to khaosan road. Although next time I won't book a location anywhere near KR, too many farang there. If I wanted to be near so many I would have stayed in the UK lol.

They are the nicest staff we've ever had, the rooms are absolutely beautiful and clean. The prices are amazing especially given it's in such a perfect spot. The noise at night isn't nearly as bad as some people make it out to be.

The ONLY issue at all was we think the air conditioner was maybe dirty or something because we did notice we had bad allergies after being in the room for too long and always got better as soon as we left.

Staff is incredible and kind, they helped us recover lost jewelry.. Room was good, bathroom as well. It's located next to many restaurants, massage places. Breakfast is good. Night market a few minutes walk away, can also walk (25min) to the temples for visiting.

Noisy. The street behind the hotel is very lively and the music can be heard through the room. Cars driving in the street in front also make quite a bit of noise. Far from the subway stations so you'll have to take the taxi or tuk tuk to get to places.

This is a classy three star hotel with excellent facilities, especially the addition of the frontal air conditioned conservatory and the new bar area. Good price for B&B with excellent service throughout. Great and helpful staff if a little thin on numbers.

Rooms, whilst excellently appointed are just a bit on the small size when you have luggage for two. Rooms lack natural light and subsequently are a bit dark with artificial light. Control of shower temps, common in Thai hotels, is awful. Bar prices are outrageous, they are double+ local bars of similar ilk. LOWER YOUR PRICES.

the location was just off Khaosan Road with Starbucks just 2 seconds away. the room was clean and tidy and ear plugs where provides.

it’s very noisy until at least midnight, they do live music in the hotel bar and it’s very loud. staff didn’t tell us about our breakfast being included so we didn’t realise until we checked out,

The rooms were a decent size, the staff was friendly and they allowed us an early check-in despite not booking for an early check-in in advance which was very helpful. The location of the hotel was good too as most tourist places were only a 10-15 minute ride by car/taxi. They also help in getting a taxi back to the airport.

The light in the room and the bathroom could do with a little bit of uplift. The bathrooms were quite dark and the low light didn't help.
