When we travel to Bangkok we often choose De Prime as our destination as we have a great experience with this accommodation. The hotel is pretty well located and it is worth the price. If you travel from the Suvarnabhumi Airport, you can simply use the direct train, get off at Ratchaprarop station and walk the remaining distance (approximately 600 m). The stuff is amazing and helpful and they are always there for you if you need something. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of options and there are several local places where you can eat if you do a few steps outside. The rooftop swimming pool is a hidden gem and so is the park across the street (good for runners or for a walk).

In the past we used to have really good rooms separated from others but unfortunately this time we had a room that shared walls with other and you could hear literally everything.

We had a pleasant 12-day stay. The hotel staff, including security, reception, waiters, and room cleaners, were all very professional and friendly, which made our stay enjoyable. The food was good and met our expectations. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location—everything is nearby, including shopping malls, street food markets, and bus stops, making it easy to explore the area. However, there was a slight issue with a smell coming from the toilet, which could be improved. Overall, it was a good experience, and we appreciate the service provided

Very nice room, spacious, always clean and all the accessories, coffee, water were refilled everyday. It was quiet, we didn't hear the noise from the street. AC was working fine, but it's loud. Stuff was always very polite. We liked a hotel restaurant, breakfasts were ok - not a lot of variety, but good quality, we never had any belly issues (we are Europeans). The swimming pool on the roof was nice, we could eat there and have drinks (also good!). There is a very nice cafè in front of the hotel ("the other cafe").

Bed was a bit too hard for us and the toilet was getting stuck every day so every day we had to call the stuff to unblock it. AC was noisy.

Staff was really nice, also the security guard who was there in the morning would always help us with holding the taxi for us. The staff was just always there to help. Room was clean and big. Nice shower and bathroom. The breakfast was fine. Its close to some shopping malls (30 min. Walking). Wifi was good also. Great airconditioning. Pool had wide opening times and had a lovely view.

In the room there are some dirty spots on the walls that could be cleaned better. Bed was a bit hard for us

It’s a really clean hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. They can provide bottles of water if needed just ask from the reception or call by phone from your room(ours didn’t work btw). Bed was enough comfortable, there is all necessary in the room including kettle. Location is not bad, there are two different metro lines nearby, easy to reach the hotel from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Nice rooftop pool open from 6 to 21 o’clock. You can find free towels for pool and sunbeds next to the pool. Breakfast was varied and tasty, every morning some different meals, but missing more of a variety of fruits. Breakfast has a good time schedule from 6:30 to 10:30. There are a lot of shops and laundry shop nearby. The hotel locates on well-lit street always crowded so you don’t feel in danger there. There is free wi-fi in the room. They give free toothbrush, shampoo, slippers, soap, shower cap, cotton buds.

More fruits for breakfast, we lived on 5th floor and view was awful and dark in the room. The window was not able to open.

The hotel knew it was our honeymoon and they did a little something with hearts and teddy bears and a hand written postcard that was soooo lobely. As soon as we got in they offered us a drink and sweets.The staff was friendly, there is an option to have tours booked at the reception and the pool was really nice. The food was great. Everything was clean. It was near enough of the markets

When I tried to call for dinning in the room the staff hung up on my face, which I am guessing it was because they did not understood me. Saying that they got someone coming to our room to get the order

My experience at the hotel was lovely. The staff were helpful and maintained a respectful distance, focusing on their tasks while allowing us privacy. The location of my room was particularly convenient, especially since I was accompanied by a child also having the lift nearby but not audible at night was a great advantage. Thank you, and I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future.

We were displeased with our neighbor 612 next door. When we returned home Thursday night, we found the man had left his rubbish of food beside our door as the elevator opened, which we found rather rude. While it may seem minor, we felt it was disrespectful, especially since he could have easily placed it near his own door. I suggest installing larger trash bins so that residents/customers don't need to leave their trash outside their rooms.

Really nice hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were better than expected in terms of size and comfort. The staff tried to do their very best at all times. The location is convenient as well and the area seems to be clean and close to BTS (bit of a walk) and busses or the taxis. The duty free shop is close by and some good cafes around for your coffee fix. One in particular has free WiFi and could be convenient for your WFH stuff.

Might not suit someone who wants to be close to the city at all times. But you already know this when you book the hotel.

Basic breakfast with no halal options, mainly pork only and the last two days weed and smoke smell entered the room from the bathroom vents

Breakfast at Hotel don't have Indian Type of the Food option. As Thailand is open now and more Indian are travel to Thailand they should include Indian food option at hotel
