When we travel to Bangkok we often choose De Prime as our destination as we have a great experience with this accommodation. The hotel is pretty well located and it is worth the price. If you travel from the Suvarnabhumi Airport, you can simply use the direct train, get off at Ratchaprarop station and walk the remaining distance (approximately 600 m). The stuff is amazing and helpful and they are always there for you if you need something. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of options and there are several local places where you can eat if you do a few steps outside. The rooftop swimming pool is a hidden gem and so is the park across the street (good for runners or for a walk).

In the past we used to have really good rooms separated from others but unfortunately this time we had a room that shared walls with other and you could hear literally everything.

Staff was really nice, also the security guard who was there in the morning would always help us with holding the taxi for us. The staff was just always there to help. Room was clean and big. Nice shower and bathroom. The breakfast was fine. Its close to some shopping malls (30 min. Walking). Wifi was good also. Great airconditioning. Pool had wide opening times and had a lovely view.

In the room there are some dirty spots on the walls that could be cleaned better. Bed was a bit hard for us

It’s a really clean hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. They can provide bottles of water if needed just ask from the reception or call by phone from your room(ours didn’t work btw). Bed was enough comfortable, there is all necessary in the room including kettle. Location is not bad, there are two different metro lines nearby, easy to reach the hotel from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Nice rooftop pool open from 6 to 21 o’clock. You can find free towels for pool and sunbeds next to the pool. Breakfast was varied and tasty, every morning some different meals, but missing more of a variety of fruits. Breakfast has a good time schedule from 6:30 to 10:30. There are a lot of shops and laundry shop nearby. The hotel locates on well-lit street always crowded so you don’t feel in danger there. There is free wi-fi in the room. They give free toothbrush, shampoo, slippers, soap, shower cap, cotton buds.

More fruits for breakfast, we lived on 5th floor and view was awful and dark in the room. The window was not able to open.

My experience at the hotel was lovely. The staff were helpful and maintained a respectful distance, focusing on their tasks while allowing us privacy. The location of my room was particularly convenient, especially since I was accompanied by a child also having the lift nearby but not audible at night was a great advantage. Thank you, and I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future.

We were displeased with our neighbor 612 next door. When we returned home Thursday night, we found the man had left his rubbish of food beside our door as the elevator opened, which we found rather rude. While it may seem minor, we felt it was disrespectful, especially since he could have easily placed it near his own door. I suggest installing larger trash bins so that residents/customers don't need to leave their trash outside their rooms.

Use Grab Taxi this will save lot of your money. ATM and Bank is very near by this hotel. 7/11 Shop is next to this hotel. There is Good Night Club near this hotel where we use to spend good times. Breakfast at Hotel don't have Indian Type of the Food option. As Thailand is open now and more Indian are travel to Thailand they should include Indian food option at hotel

What a lovely hotel, large room, with walk in shower, spotlessly clean, the most friendly & welcoming staff, who are happy to assist you in getting about locally. Designer outlet shopping on same road as hotel, 5 mins away & sky train link 6 mins. An array of local shops outside of hotel, everything catered for. In-house restaurant serving a wide selection for breakfast & delicious evening meals, we only ate from the Thai menu, but others seated near us had pizzas & and pasta, which looked yummy too. Small rooftop pool, towels provided. Very comfortable stay of 4 nights, thanks to Tean De Prime @ Rangnam

One very small niggle, there was no bar open in the evening outside of the restaurant, however we did find that if you asked at reception they were very happy to arrange drinks order being sent to your room or for you to drink in the very pleasant & vast reception area.

The location was good. Like the pool with towels provided and view from top. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The staff generally friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants, shops, sky train and massage shops around the hotel. Air-conditioning was good, no wet smell. Coin laundry near by. King power duty free near by.

Tv have limit stations. The bathroom door was awkward. The lift was very slow. didn’t offer complimentary drink on arrival. Provided very little body wash, not enough for more one shower.

The location is a plus, not far off the malls and markets. The rooms are spacious as well as very clean. The staff were extremely helpful regarding any issues you had, such as borrowing the ironing board in the middle of the night. Swimming pool at the top was quite relaxing after a long day out.

Laundry was unneccesarily expensive. Around 120 Baht for just 1 shirt. Had to walk 2 minutes down from hotel to local shop which did my 1kg of clothes in 200 Baht. Breakfast options were quite small but worth it, for the price given.

Great location,close to the sky train, and restaurant,rooftop swimming was amazing.
