A good location, with plenty of food options nearby (streetfood and restaurants). Only 10-15 mins walk to the Airport train (which was why we selected this hotel). Triple rooms were an excellent size. Different bathroom toiletries provided between our two rooms though. Nice pool, but it closed quite early. Buffet breakfast was ok - kids enjoyed the waffles.

This was the only property out of our 11 bookings via booking.com that actually took pre-payment (1 week in advance) and required a deposit for the key cards. Hotel potentially used by young groups. We were woken multiple times in the evening with people in and out of neighbouring rooms, knocking on doors and yelling. Rightly or wrongly, we expected hotel: - to have more reception staff able to speak English, with Tuk tuk drivers and street vendors able to understand more. - given the location, reception could provide more information (such as a laminated map ) about getting from the hotel to the Airport train platform at Phaya Thai station.

True Siam Rangnam is tucked away on an alley, only a short walk from Victory Monument BTS station, with lots of street food, local eateries and cafés nearby. The hotel is largely quiet, with spacious, modern rooms and comfortable beds, good AC and excellent Wifi.

Staff seem a bit ambivalent about guests, though enthusiastic about collecting the 1,000 baht cash deposit—I assume to protect against violator of the no-smoking policy. The windows on the bathrooms are covered only in slats, which lets in the sound of passersby, the odd mosquito and smoke from anyone indulging on the passageway. The hotel sits next to a local condo and a school, which means mornings are filled with bells, announcements and the national anthem, and privacy can be an issue.

Our check-in ( the 4/05 at 8h30 pm) was awful, the staff who was in the reception was not professionnal. But, fortunately the day after (the 5/05 around 9h30 am) the girl in reception during the day was amazing and professional. Thank you to her ! she was perfect and always polite with a big smile 🙂 The location was good. The decoration and the architecture of the hotel were incredible, very atypical.

The swimming pool was not clean, my nephew get a rash after going inside. This staff at the reception when we check-in, need to be changed.

Room was comfortable, had to change another room next day due to personal reasons, they supported us very well and breakfast was good too. Overall feels safe, quite and comfortable.

The swimming pool was very dirty. Didn't expect it. Haven't used the pool but interested in using it. The authorities should take care of the matter as soon as possible. We checked out early and we requested to serve our breakfast before breakfast time start but they didn't as we paid earlier for it. There is no option to look after the baby in the hotel room for few minutes (it was a additional request and willing to pay extra), I requested the authorities but they couldn't give me any help. This was unfortunate.

10 minute walk from the airport rail link. Pool was really nice with a few sunbeds available but no umbrellas. Very nice traditional feel to the whole building but still modern and clean. Free toiletries, water and coffee. Fridge, aircon and Wi-Fi working well. We were able to store our luggage safely after checking out before leaving Bangkok

Sadly the building next door are doing building works so it was very loud and not relaxing at the pool but no fault of the hotel and not for much longer.

Nice location close to metro and cafes, 7eleven. Rather quite place, no night parties, you can get some rest here. Room size is good, hot water, AC worked properly. Water and cleaning were provided daily.

The free Wi-Fi sucks, it just dropped all the time. So don’t rely on it at all, if you plan to work or watch some movies. The swimming pool operated from 9 am to 7 pm which is also a shame for the city hotel in Asia - they normally operate from 7 to 22-23! It’s a non-smoking hotel, but people constantly smoked weed in the corridors in the night hours.

The vibe, the theme are nice. The staffs were actually nice even tho previous reviews (and google reviews) said they weren't. Room is clean and cozy, my room has 3 windows so it's bright in the morning and I love it. It includes 2 bottles of water per day and pool service. We checked out early and they helped us keep our luggages while we were going out and then turned back later to go to the airport.

They didn't have the toothpaste and brush but it didn't mind me so much because I brought them from home. A little bit regret because I didn't have time to experience the pool. The place, personally, quite far the trains and buses but if you travel by another vehicles that's cool.

True Siam is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever seen. It’s the real gem in Bangkok. The architecture is stunning, the decor of the corridors and stairwells elaborate, the rooftop with traditional pagoda and pool the most pleasant place to relax. The photos on booking don’t do justice. The stuff very accommodating, after checkout we could spend the whole day at the pool while waiting for our flight. We didn’t try breakfast as it was a little to expensive so we settled for many options around hotel.

Hotel had a shuttle to BTS, but it’s no longer available. Unfortunately next to the hotel is school, so be prepared for morning songs, hymns and gatherings. Non existent wi fi. Laundry service by piece instead of weight. Still nothing that could diminish the experience.

Room is very big and spacious for 3 pax. Staffs are very kind and accomodating. We arrived at the other branch (wrong pin in Grab) and yet they fetch us. We only gave the driver a tip ☺️ our 5days stay in this hotel is awesome. Location is good since there are a lot of streetfoods nearby and taxis. But if you want to take a BTS train, you still need to walk like around 10mins. Will still go back here. Very recommendable. 👍🏼

Hotel was in an alley though the walk to the hotel was fairly lit up. Convenience stores & street food vendors are conveniently within reach. Massage parlours, hair salons & even a park to exercise in is just nearby the hotel. Tuks tuks, motorbikes & taxis are readily available. Room size is good. Water pressure is strong. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. No complaints about the room. Most drivers know this hotel well once you mention her name.

Location of hotel is a little remote so need to spend quite a bit on transportation especially if one wants to go to Platinum Mall/Central World.
