I was greeted by Nu the manager of the hotel. He was polite and was served with tea and cold towel(much needed as the weather was at 40 degrees Celsius. The way he cared and showed his service was truly impressive. Very seldom you can get a good service like this. The room was spacious. The room was clean and neat. There was 2 complimentary water bottle and the bed and pillow was comfortable. I slept really well. The shower had the right pressure and temperature. The segregation of the toilet bowl, basin and bath area is well thought as there is a wet and dry area. The entire toilet won't be wet. Truly enjoyed my stay here. Once again, thank you Nu.

I didn't like the location. I had a hard time coming back to the hotel by grab, taxi and tuktuk. The drivers were all lost. I was a little mad that I had to switch on my GPS to guide them back to the hotel. It takes about 20min walking distance from the hotel to pratunum. Ard 12 min walk to the nearest mrt station. Imagine shopping for 3 hours and u still need to walk back 20min to the hotel. So I thought it was not quite worth to walk 20min back to the hotel or getting into a taxi - driver doesn't know where is the location and end up guiding him. So after 1 night I decided to change hotel. The Hotel may consider having a shuttle service which may help the guests of the hotel in the future.

loved the decoration and the smell as soon as we entered the lobby. The rooms are compact and minimalist. The staffs are so welcoming and always smiling & greeting. The breakfast is also nice. Housekeeping always do a good job, so clean.

The classic rooms are somewhat very tiny and no shelf or space to put toiletries and make up stuffs in bathroom or in the room. But you can request extra shelf from reception and they will bring you portable plastic shelves unit. Breakfast could be better if given buffet style choices. No other facilities such as gym or pool or tuk tuk shuttle services.

This hotel is aesthetically pleasing from the lobby to the room. Their minimalistic design brings such luxury vibes without compromising on costs. Our room is much bigger than pictured with ample space and a big desk for us to work off of. Staff is very friendly and personable. They were so kind to help us with our bags and walk us through the room before letting us settle to make sure nothing is out of place. Location is very quiet but as convenient to 7/11 and a great seafood restaurant on the street it’s off of. Many bus stops near by but definitely rideshare is the way to go from here if you won’t want to walk.

The property has a very clean, chic look . Staff are very friendly and they assist with your luggages. Rooms are cosy and comfy and they separate the dry and wet area for the room we are staying at. And also would like to thank them for preparing a cake for my friend’s birthday ! That was really thoughtful !

The water heater didn’t quite work but this is a very minor issue which can be resolved .

Great and friendly staff, less than 10 minutes to BTS, they also allow us to check out slightly late due to low occupancy on that day, very helpful staff and polite. Rooms are clean and spacious, but one thing they need to add on is perhaps more power plugs next to the bed. Had a great 3 nights in this hotel. Will recommend to friends. 7E is nearby and everywhere.

Everything was just nice and more. I like the interior design, very calming for a weary traveller. The smile of all the receptionists, going beyond, answering my questions, guiding me with BTS and walking me to a good spa nearby.

Nothing. Perfect as it is. Maybe a current magazine or two would be good at the lobby.

Our sheets were changed daily and there is free WiFi and clean. Staffs were helpful and able to order taxi for us.

The toilet should have extra ventilation fan to dry up the wet floor and also the floor just below the basin is not level, hence a small water pool is formed there.

Everything was super fine, especially the scent they used, ITS LAVENDER if Im not mistaken! It makes the lobby super chill and relaxed once you Stepped In, I think that's one of the reasons I will visit twice.

The space could be bigger especially the room, actually its a bit small for two pax. But clean and comfy~

Very clean with unique interior. Love the room layout. Walkable distance to the nearest BTS with lots of food around. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Traffic there gets quite bad towards night time.

The staff were very nice and the room size is actually suitable for two people. The breakfast included were also high quality. The location is very well as well. I will visit this hotel again
