Pleasantly surprised by the quality of accommodations. The room is very spacious and complete with everything you'll need in a hotel stay (with fridge, hair dryer, etc). Housekeeping comes in daily. There are a lot of places to eat nearby with good food and good prices. The staff are always warm and welcoming.

It's not really a big deal to me but the nearest BTS is 12 minutes away. Normally, I wouldn't really mind that long of a walk but it does get a little uncomfortable with the high heat. The properly is easily found by Grab though and is near enough many interesting spots.

Amazing accommodation! We absolutely loved it, room cleaned every day, fresh towels and water, reception opened 24h so they waited for us with smile at 5am after delayed flight, comfortable bed, fast wifi, small area to prepare tea and coffee, very clean and great staff! The location is next to the river, so you can take boat to the main tourist attractions, also about 10-15min there is BTS train so you can easily to get to center, close by you find new shopping center Icosiam which also had European food including bread ( in case you miss it;) Great place, we will definitely come back when we are in Bangkok!

Staff so kind. we had honeymoon trip and stay for couple night they are preparing sooo amazing hotel room decorations with flowers. so I so thankful for them. also everything was so clean and place comfy)

Cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Staff were so kind and welcoming, the concierge who helps with guests getting out of cars is the sweetest and deserves the world !

The hotel is located in a great area with lots of restaurants and street vendors in the area. You can walk to numerous venues and it is easy to catch a cab to go where you need. Remember to negotiate the price as the first price stated by the cabbie is always very high. The gym is simple but all the equipment is in great condition. The room was excellent with lots of room. It was quite although not that far from the street. The staff were all excellent and friendly.

The laundry facility was busy and took a long time to do a load of cloths. Since laundry is a bonus should one really complain about it?

it was great value for money with some decent location and service. The location was quite close to IconSiam which is a new Mall with IMAX! Furthermore, the station Saphan Taksin was quite near which had the BTS link as well as river ferries, ferry hop on hop off and iconsiam ferry. They even had a free Asiatique ferry! Good options nearby depending on your personal preference and multiple options for 7Eleven as well.

Very basic with no lobby as such. small lift and that too just one. The shower area was very dark but manageable. Also very limited power sockets and that too missing from the side tables!

First of all, I'd like to thank all the people who work in Naga Residence, especially the receptionists. We had some issues with our flight to Bangkok and the staff do us a great favor and helped us a lot. 🙏 The room was spacious and comfortable enough, had a nice desk (good for people who work remotely or need to do some extra work), an electric kettle and two bottles of fresh water every day. Everything was super clean. And there were a welcome pack of tea and coffee and shampoo and shower gel. Location is good, too: close to the river ferry and the BTS station. There's also a nice park not far away from the hotel and a lot of cafes and small grocery stores like 7-eleven. The WiFi worked perfectly, and so did the AC. I wouldn't mind to come back here again on our next trip to Bangkok. :)

It'd be nice to have two chairs in the room instead of one. Also it'd be nice to see more pictures of the rooms with balcony: when I booked the room, I didn't expect that the balcony is small and you can't sit there, because almost the entire space is occupied by the external AC unit. It was ok for us, but it may be an important information for people who like to drink their morning coffee on the balcony or work there if two people are traveling together while working. And it'd be nice to add hooks in the bathroom.

All the staff were excellent. The room was nice and spacious enough. The location is good. It's pretty close to two 7-Eleven stores. The nearest BTS stations are about 7-10 minutes walk. IconSiam is about ten minutes away by foot. There are some nice cafes in the area.

- The internet was bad. The first night, we could not load any website properly or at all. From the second night, websites were loading, but the internet was pretty slow compared to Thai/Bangkok standards. - The AC in our room was not cooling fast enough. Even after setting the temperature low, it'd take about 15 minutes to lower the temperature of the room. The AC needs repairing.

It was not too large, but O.K. All things are clean and comfortable. All staffs were kind and especially the housekeeper was very helpful.

The bathroom needs more lights due to darkness. There is only 1 washing machine and 1 drying machine on the 2nd floor, so if there's a person who uses a laundry machine that you need to wait for your turn until it ends. Also, the location is far from BTS by walking so I use a car or a cab instead of BTS.

The room was simple, but spacious, clean and well maintained. I liked that it had a desk and I could work from there. Great location and within walking distance from the mall ICON SIAM.

The area around the hotel is very quiet, but what I found very annoying is that during the day there is a bird which you can hear non stop starting with early morning until the sun sets. Not an issue if you are not spending any time in the room during the day.
