Very good location: the hotel is next to the night market, metro and subway stations, and a lot of nightlife locations. The staff is super nice and helpful and tried to accomodate our needs. I appreciate the fact that the receptionist wait for us when we arrive at 1am. The room for a family was spaceous with separate bathrooms. It was a very nice experience overall. Coffee and candy are provided for free.

The fact that we have to take off our shoes and leave them on the ground floor is a bit uncomfortable for us, but not a problem.

Although it is a hotel, it still feels cozy. Family room with a door separation and individual bathrooms was very convenient. Location for the last night before travelling back (easy to reach BKK airport by public transport or taxi). Free coffee and biscuits.

Nice and clean room with very friendly owner. The room located in the quiet small alley, perfect for the travelers who need to stay in the middle of the city but still need silence. Very closed to MRT that can connect to many public transportation lines.

The place was very clean and well located and the staff were very helpful. There was great facilities and even free capsule coffee provided. There were even snacks left out for guests which was amazing. The best was a reusable bag in the room to take shopping so you don't use plastic bags.

There was a tapping sound at about 8am every morning. It was like someone tapping a stone on tiles. It lasted for a minute or so, but the sound was very penetrating and disturbed my sleep. I mentioned to management but they were unaware so it may have been another guest.

Great location with Skytrain and metro close by. Friendly helpful staff and great rooms with comfy beds and large bathroom. Quiet but close to everything.

The hotel was very clean, they gave us free water everyday and the staff carried our suit cases up the stairs.

The internet was very weak and there is no elevator we have to walk up and down the stairs on floor 3.

Very friendly people. We took the family room and it resulted a great option. The room was big and comfortable.

The comfortable beds and spotlessly clean sheets and accommodation. We had a family adjoining room which was spacious enough for 4 people and had 2 bathrooms.

Walls and windows are a little thin so you could hear some sounds at night.

We loved the look of Urban living! The house is in a nice quiet street, but not far from skytrain, metro station and malls. The stuff is very friendly.

A couch/ Chair on the rooftop or balcony would be great!

Clean. Far from noisy road. Spacious room. Two Toshiba aircon in the room. Fridge. Very helpful host. They moved our luggage to the third floor.

Thin walls you can listen to other guests. However they were all quite and it didn't spoiled the sleep)
