The hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was really nice and comfortable and spacious.

I didn't like that some of the other guests approached my girlfriend and asked her how much she would cost for the night. It is very off-putting and makes you feel very uncomfortable with being there. Of all the places we have stayed this is the only hotel where this has happened to her.

Staff were friendly especially Ms. Dream who was always smiling. The 2nd non-smoking room 4607 was very clean and cleaning staff at that level were very nice. Hotel close to shopping area in Nana as well as connected to other building that has close access to bowling and restaurant.

Providing me a smoking room without my request of such room 4318. The neighbor of that room were noisy and were smoking heavily. Would appreciate if they had told me from the beginning.

Had a lovely 6 night stay, I was impressed with how big and spacious my room was, very modern with a large bathroom. Staff super friendly and helpful, 5 minute walk from bts nana and 10 minutes from terminal 21 mall, plenty of night life around the hotel, I will be back again.

The area around the hotel at night time doesn't feel very safe, I wouldn't like to be a woman walking alone around there

The rooms were brand new, everything was cleaner than expected. Everyday the housekeeping cleans up the room as if it is our first day. Staff were extra friendly, always greeted us with a smile and was a big help to us.

Not as sound proof as expected, we could hear the conversations through the corridor, even when trying to sleep the sounds of doors opening and closing could be heard clearly. Other than that everything was great.

It is close to nearly everything, toktoks and vans are nearly always available at the entrance of the hotel. As Muslims, many halal restaurants are close by. Staff were more than helpful and always greeting with a smile.

The rooms are not very sound proof, can hear most of the people’s conversations from inside the room.

The location of the hotel is very good. Everything around you. Markets restaurants.. Taxi... Etc.. Staff at the receptionist were very friendly and very supportive. Rooms were v. Clean. We selected twin and each bed was enough for 2. So it was very comfortable. Bath/ toilet size was enough.

The location is ideal as the Nana BTS was a 7mins walk..Very comfortable bed and luxury finish room. Many easy food options around the Sukhumvit area. Friendly and helpful staff.

We didn’t opt for the breakfast as it was an Arabic Breakfast. No ventilation or windows which open.

Beautiful clean and modern hotel in great location. Very new, in fact the 1st floor restaurant area is not yet open. Staff are likely and very helpful and always with a smile. Very modern styling in rooms and comforable beds. We were a bit disconcerted by the window between the bedroom and bathroom, but it's easy to close the blind.😉

Everything was good. The staff the room and the facilities. The only issue was no swimming pool as it's not available in the same building so you have to go to the next one.
