since its newly opened, the furniture , amenities are new and we feel clean. location is good since it is near to halal restaurants. 711 is across the street , very conveninet to buy water and other stuff. staff are friendly and accomodating. we were upgraded to a deluxe unit.

since it is a newly opened residence, there are some downsides as well like electricity comes off when using iron and the water in one of the bathroom is not going down the drain because the floor is not good

It was the first time in this excellent hotel the Rich Hotel. The room is excellent, and the staff’s is helpfull and excellent, especially Miss Jessa. If there is any problem, Miss Jessa will solves it. She is very active, she helps everyone, gives them effort and time, and the price is excellent. The cleaning is very excellent. The rooms are spacious and new.

Amazing room for the price, always cleaned well and location is good if you want the night life and close to trains etc. and staff were very friendly!

Was a little bit loud at night with it being so central to night clubs etc but that’s expected! Only other thing to note is it’s hard to find the property - some more signage or details upon booking would be appreciated as I got very lost (entrance to lobby is down side street before you see a mall/restuarant)

The location was great! So easy to get around with Nana station being the closet station which takes you easily into Siam Square etc. The beds were very comfortable and the place was cleaned everyday. We booked a three bedroom and got given a self-contained unit which was great if we wanted to cook things ourselves. Breakfast options were great but due to food limitations, chicken and beef were the only meat options that could be served. Maybe took a while to deliver but overall the serving was good. The pool was great although some repairs may be needed. Other than that, this was a great spot!

Location is fantastic. The place is new and the room was very clean with only 1 minor issue. The cleaner for the room was exceptionally good. We accidentally left valuable jewelry in the room and when we returned it was untouched. Your staff overall were very good. But your cleaner deserves special praise. Thank you.

Smoking facilities on the balcony of the room should be allowed. It does not compromise your hotel policy in any way if you allow smoking only on the balcony with the door closed. Kindly consider this as an option.

We got the suite with 2 bedrooms. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and we had housekeeping every day. Toiletries and towels were provided and the stay was overall really comfortable. We had a bit of a late check-in because our room wasn't ready so they initially wanted to send us to the lounge while we wait 40mins. But we opted to go out to check the neighbourhood instead and when we returned, the room was ready. This is no hiccup though because we asked if we could have a late check-out and they extended the check out time by an hour FOC. Then, since our flight was at night, they let us leave our luggage while we go out for a last minute shopping. The places where they left our bags, however, was just placed in front of the reception desk which kinda felt unsafe at first but as long as there were staff looking after them, it was alright and we did receive our luggages safe and sound. Honestly, the staff was very nice. The location is really good especially if you're Muslim because there are many halal restaurants nearby and there's an Arab street just across that comes alive at night. There's a small 7-11 across the place. Plus this hotel is located near 2 BTS stations (about 5 min walk). There are many shopping malls close by, I believe Terminal 21 is the closest and maybe 20mins walk Central World and all the shopping malls nearby (really, there are MANY). Most likely these malls have direct access to the BTS stations so you can stay in the shade using the sky walk. This place may be close to some seedy places at night, but it's surprisingly very safe. I actually went around the places at night and as long as you don't make eye contact or interact, you're good and people leave you alone.

They don't provide iron and iron board. While the location itself is good, this place has really heavy traffic. But then again, most of Bangkok has heavy traffic so it's a con overall if you wish to travel by car.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. we arrived early and they opened a temp room for us to relax/change until our room is ready. Location is super convenient, like 5-7min walk to Nana Station and lots of shops restaurants nearby. Room was super spacious, Master BR is huge, with lots of walking space and the ensuite washroom was also big with a shower + bathub area. 2nd BR had less space, it fits a Queen bed with closet, and the 2nd bathroom also had shower. Living space is very spacious with open kitchen area and dining table for 4-6. Great for friends/family The space was quite clean, although a bit worn out in some areas. YOu can see its "old" but not "dirty" Asking Front desk for help in the room is also very good and quick service.

There are just a couple small minor things The space is quite clean but its clear that some things are quite old and worn out. But the quality is still overall great and exceeds the price value. Another thing is we requested for a beer/wine opener and front desk was not able to provide that for us. An opener is quite common to be honest so no reason for hotel not able to provide that for guests

I slept so well here. The tv in the bedroom is a great touch. The kitchen was lovely to have, even I didn't use it. Would be even better to have a washing machine and an iron though.

1)The fact that I asked to check in early because I arrived at 6am, it costed half of the cost of one night's stay must to check in at 6am. 2)It's a little further away from the BTS than other accommodations I stayed at. 3) the doors of the place are so awkward. It's hard to get in to the shower box with the position of the glass door and the shower head, It's hard to get in to the bathroom with the position of the bedroom door if it was left open.
