Holiday Inn Express is a nice place to stay and walkable from Nana station and also easily accessible to Terminal 21 mall via bike taxi. The bed is comfortable and the space is cozy for a couple nights stay. Lots of food and drink options nearby and a couple of 7/11's for easy shopping. Even though there are lots of clubs around, the room was pretty quiet. My favourite shop "the villa market" is just outside the hotel which has a lot of imported food items so that you don't miss home. Also Benjakitti park is 15 minutes walk away if you want your morning jog. Night market Jodd Fairs is also 15 minutes via a cab from this place. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, and so is the housekeeping. Cheers to them!

Some of the rooms have vinyl flooring that is stuck directly on the carpet for some reason. My colleague's room had proper carpeting. So the rooms with carpeted floors are better in my opinion. I was hoping for a continental buffet breakfast, but the breakfast option is just 1 food and drink from a fixed menu. So if you are expecting a buffet spread, it is not. Either ways, the breakfast is simple, yet good and so is the service.

The location was excellent and it leads to many entertainment areas and main roads where you can easily walk to various shops and fast food restaurants, not to mention the bars, pubs and different restaurants arround and close by. Easily can get taxis, there are many of them arround this area. All staff starts from receptionist to the room cleaners were found polite, cooperative and helpfull. Many fruit and local food sellers with small food trucks arround the street. In general the whole area(s) are so busy and full of entertainment. Many massage shops arround the area too.

As to the hotel itself, nothing to mention. One small issue that the hotel's toilets were used by the residents and the outsiders which we I have not seen, neither experienced such in Thailand in the past!!? One more thing which was never the case in any hotel in Thailand in the past; that the resident carry his own bags to his/her room irrespective the number of bags. No doubt they had arranged trollys, but it was strange and awkward!!

I regret buying this room from Booking.com as they booked it on higher rate vs. IHB site and also I loose the IHB reward points for stay. Further, the repeated follow-up with Booking.com for 'MATCH ME PRICE' request is disappointing. Another, issue was the adjoining room guest (from INDIA) played TV loudly at 2.00 am midnight was disturbing which was immediately stopped with your help. Thank you & best wishes....

The hotel as such is quite functional. What you need is there, and for the room rate offered, it is more than fair. The staff were without exception friendly and courteous. In a "people' business, this is still an important asset for any hotel! The breakfast was alright. Enough choice, helpful staff, intermittent refills. Nothing to say, again at this hotel category level, this is very fair. The location is alright. Obviously, within Bangkok centre one always appreciates to be within a short walking distance from MRT/BTS. So, location being location, you inevitably trade this off with the hotel category, the room rate, breakfast included or not. anyway, all in all, I was really satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

As per above explanation, there is no real deficiency as such. You accept one or a few minor inconveniences in return for an attractive price/quality ratio.

Unexpected pleasure to find this delightful hotel whose name promised little but delivered a lot. The staff were brilliant - all of them. Such a prime location that you literally fall out into the h and bustle of nightlife yet the hotel remains unexpectedly well insulated. Confession: I have stayed here before and was thrilled then; will definitely stay again as long as the prices remain as fair as they are

There was hardly a single thing worthy of criticism. You couldn't ask for much more but the breakfast (inclusive) can become tiresome af. er a few nights

Price compared, for example, to other Holiday Inns and Marriotts. The bedroom is a good size, with a TV with English speaking channels (oddly and sadly, AXN has been dropped as a channel), fridge, kettle, two bottles of water a day and tea/coffee making supplies. There is also a safe. I particularly liked the night light. The cleaning is to a high standard. The towels and sheets are good quality and the bed very comfortable. Location in that near to SkyTrain station and on a road with restaurants, bars, places for massage, etc. But do think about asking for a rear bedroom if you are sensitive to noise as the street is lively. The staff are very helpful and kind. The "free" breakfast has a good selection of items.

I booked a taxi to the airport which did not come! As I was anxious and checked on progress regularly, an alternative arrived after 20 minutes, so I was just on time. But not a good service, considering the cost is higher than taxis touting for business in the street by 150 baht (almost £4).

check in is fast, bed and pillow are quite comfortable. Room size is a little small if for family. But I live alone so the size is good. There is lots of restaurant around the hotel.

But there is nothing for sightseeing around the hotel. If you want to go the nearby shopping mall you could only take taxi. The street around the hotel is quite narrow and lots of car, it is not possible to walk on the street. So for my stay of one day I could only stay at hotel. And I feel cold inside the room. The air conditon is setting too low.

We didn't have the time to take breakfast. The location is excellent. I just had an accident and couldn't walk very well but the location has everything you need around 150 m of the hotel everything is really clean. The room service is caring the only thing they don't do is delivering some thing that arrives for you at the reception to your room, it is a bit pricey, but for sure you get more value than you pay other places with the same category are dramatically worse especially the Le Fenix

Actually, everything was perfect. I wish at the entrance there was a handrail so that people with difficulties walking half a secure way to enter an exit the entrance of the hotel. Location is perfect.

The staff was the best about the place. they were so helpful and nice. The location is really good, however, it is more suited for nighlife, although its not bad for family. The area is so lively, full of people even more at night. As I said the place is really good for people looking for fun and nightlife. lots of clubs and bars and good food nearby. Even a 7-11 is right infront of the hotel. Breakfast was also very good and the hotel was very clean.

At night the sound of the club was kinda loud and could be heard slightly to the room, but manageable.

Very helpful staff. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast spread was very gpod changing almost daily.

GYM was in a secluded hidden place on the roof and difficult to access easily. Should be in a prominent place. Equipment was limited probably due to few people using it.
