The staff were all friendly, welcoming, professional and helpful. Also, it was practical and useful to have a washer/dryer machine installed in the kitchen area. I very much enjoyed having the freedom to cook food in the kitchenette.

I hated the music played in the elevators and in the Indian restaurant. It was too loud and not calming and conducive to a peaceful ambiance. I also hated the noise from the bars and restaurants in the surrounding red-light district that lasted well into the night and disturbed my sleep at the hotel. The breakfast was somewhat limited and the food on display at the breakfast buffer did not always seem fresh. Finally, the swimming pool was poorly located. You had to walk through the restaurant and bar to access the pool, which was in full view of restaurant goers. That made the experience of using the pool awkward.

Very spacious and clean. Serene environment but steps away from a vibrant community. We got two 2-bedroom apartments that were fully equipped (washer, kitchen etc for both bedrooms) suitable for our group of 9, ages 16 to 72. Excellent for communal get-togethers and private time! Good western style Villa supermarket and large 7-11 just outside the hotel, making it easy to self-cook. Numerous halal Mideastern, South Asian cuisine options. Wheelchair access throughout the hotel. Wide beds in the bedrooms, and sofa bed in living area is firm enough to actually sleep in :). Hotel accommodated our special request to check out later by 45min to complete solat. Free tuktuk service provided by hotel gets guests to the train station or a major mall, Terminal 21. Excellent location, easy access to main shopping belt and night markets via train which is way cheaper and less stressful than getting around by car/van in Bangkok traffic. Special thanks to staff who were all so friendly, helpful and attentive, making Fraser a place we would highly recommend and want to visit again.

Hotel is fantastic, but for halal Thai cuisine, it is better to order in, or have a meal out.

Nice and helpful staff that were available 24/7. We didn’t have time to use their tuktuk service to terminal 21, but it was super convenient that they have people they can call in tuk tuks/mopeds to take us to places during traffic hours. Didn’t have time to go to the pool, but the 24/7 fitness center had everything you need for a full workout. There’s also a sauna in both locker/shower rooms, a very spacious business lounge, and a play room for children while you work out. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Slept easily for the 9 nights we were there. No noise problems. Water pressure was amazing and the water gets boiling hot really quickly. The bath tub was nice to have a bath bomb in. Washer dryer combo was a lifesaver, but the dryer took really long to dry. Usually at least two full dry cycles. We don’t have access to nespresso in Hawaii so that was a nice surprise. The microwave heated evenly and quick. Living room has a smart TV has Netflix option. Iron, iron board, and hair dryer worked well. We booked the premier room with a balcony. Balcony was a nice bonus for a view, but not necessary. Didn’t have any cigarette smell issues.

There’s 3 elevators, but during certain times, it can take some time to get to your floor. It wasn’t a big problem, but I’m usually running late so it was something I noticed. The location, although close to town, was not great. There’s only one road to get in and out of the property and it’s usually busy.

The location was fantastic within minutes walking distance to Bumrungrad Hospital, Shopping, Grocery Store, Restaurants etc. The Hotel had everything you could possibly want--like having your own apartment. Very clean, felt very safe and anything I needed or asked was taken care of immediately. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL--from the guard, to the Tuk-Tuk Driver, to the Front Desk, to the Restaurant, to Housekeeping--all employees were extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond on everything. It's no wonder as their on-site leadership set the perfect example to follow and I have to give a special thanks and recognition to the Business Operations Managers-in particular K. Sine (or Sia? sorry if I misspelled) and K. Byte who bent over backwards to provide Exceptional Service and made sure I was comfortable for my entire stay which was almost a month. Very Impressive and I thank you for all you did for me as I was recuperating from a major surgery..Highly Recommend!

Everything! From first arriving and being greeted by the concierge - to checking in with the lovely friendly reception team - the room was out of this world - very huge for a city room - with the most comfortable bed, incredible large bath and shower, and everything you need to hand including a washing machine and powder to use. The following morning we tried the breakfast INCREDIBLE catering for all different nationalities- the staff in the restaurant just blew us away it came across as not just a job, but a job they loved and were passionate about which is something this cannot be trained - on arriving we were asked if we fancied trying a dosa which is like an Indian pancake and eaten at breakfast the flavours where just out of this world! but I loved how they had covered everything at the self service breakfast - please do try and if you can book a table for the evening. I have been lucky to travel the world and have to say this is one of my all time favourite hotels and certainly 5 star - I’m usually very fussy, but this hotel just blew us both away and not forgetting how they can also arrange transport if needing. Big thank you to all the staff for being YOU and making our holiday in Thailand complete and also was wonderful to spend a few minutes talking to the restaurant manager a true gentleman - thank you

It was a good location, breakfast was simple but nice and we had variety. The room was nice and big, we also had a washing machine and dryer which was great.

The hotel shuttle driver was grumpy and rude a few times and couldn't be bothered taking us up the road to the shopping centre which is a free service the hotel provided. It would have been that little bit better if we had a pod coffee machine in the room, instead of nescafe sachets. Do not trust the tour operator at the hotel, she was shifty and tried to rip us off by astronomical amounts of money, organise your own trips and get a few quotes outside of the hotel before deciding. We had to get the hotel manager involved to resolve our issues, whom was lovely and handled it well. The tour operator is untrustworthy and when you ask the hotel staff a question about how to get somewhere they all direct you to talk to her as it must be encouraged so she can exploit guests.

It's a nice hotel on soi 11. The staff are friendly and professional and the room is big and comfortable. We stayed in the suite with the balcony. The hotel provided us a high floor room with a nice view away from the loud side. The room itself is very nice and comes appliances and a cooking range. The TV has Netflix (living room) and the wifi is fast. The bedroom has a full built in wardrobe which is always a nice thing. The bed is big and comfortable and they have a pillow menu. The bathroom has a separate bath tub and shower. The balcony is big and has a very nice city view. On request the housekeeping arranged some outdoor chairs and table on the balcony. Overall it's a very good hotel and we look forward to our next visit.

The housekeeping for some reason never cleaned the balcony. I'm not sure if it's because they couldn't see the table but, we left some cups and the ashtray was never refreshed. Also once there was someone constantly shouting in the hallway and banging the doors late at night (around 3am). We found this quite disturbing. The rooftop bar should be opened earlier, I like urban photography and since it opens late I didn't get the chance to take some daylight photos. Lastly, the sink in the bathroom needs to change. It's way too outdated.

The hotel is very well located in the entertainment area, with plenty of bars, restaurants, massage shops, convenience stores etc. My one bedroom apartment was of good size and came complete with a kitchenet. The pool was small but adequate; however, it is not the type of pool area where you would lounge around all day sipping cocktails. The gym is small and suitable for only simple workouts, but there is another gym down the soi where you can have a more comprehensive session for a small fee. Despite being in a busy area, the room was very quiet. I thought the hotel was very good value and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a convenient locations with comfortable well sized rooms.

First, I would like to thank all the staff for making our stay so delightful. The people there are all so lovely and sweet and helpful. Great job guys! The rooms are super, great relation quality-price. The Loy Krathong party was a nice surprise, and so well organized in all the aspects (food, presents, games..) Great brakfast, both salty and sweet options There's a good supermarket 100 m from the hotel The room view during our second stay (11.-12.11) was super!

The kitchen during our first stay (5-10.11) could have been better equipped (more dishes, kitchen paper, tablecloth) but nothing one cannot survive without. The hotel is quite far from the public transport options (Skytrain and metro), so be prepared to walk 10-15 minutes every time.
