Breakfast was delicious (though the arrangement of the food was spread out and maybe difficult to find everything). The size of the room was great and I really enjoyed having the couch in the room as an alternative place to sit comfortably. The internet also worked really well.

Since I was traveling alone, it was fine, but the bathroom is very open to the rest of the room. That might have been awkward if I were sharing with a friend. (This is not really a criticism, just a note on how the room is arranged.) The lighting over the mirror in the bathroom could have been better. There was one or two days when I don't think the glasses in my room were changed or cleaned properly.

Kindly I just have a suggestion yours please build ramp platform front of the hotel stairs, no need the guest hang (pull up) our lugguages from the stairs in front of the hotel. Good, clean hotel. Great breakfast options. room size is good. good location to markets to mall weather walking or using GRAB APP cute rooftop bar, but nobody was there at all. for price, cleanliness, size room its a good deal

A little disappointing for the nicer scale this hotel looks, they dont offer help with luggage. We had 6 luggage and 2 of us and asked for help and they didnt. Maybe they dont have extra staff to. Even some cheaper hotels we stayed at they offered (we tip them of course) but this one didnt. One of the house keepers saw us struggling in the hallway and gave us a small hand haha when we were checking out the room was good but something weird was 80% of the window wall, was WALL. right in the middle. and 2 little window slots on the right and left side. that was a little strange to me. after 2 days i felt a little flustered about lack of window views into the city. theres no pool

Location is the best, near MRT Huai Khwang just not more than 100m walk. Staff at front desk are lovely and helpful, I requested for more 2 chairs and the staff brought it directly to our room. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, ofc it's clean for room overall and the bathroom. The room is perfectly sound-proof.

They provided toiletries in term of soap, shampoo and conditioner in 3 in 1 lotion form, others might not mind it but I prefer to use it separately. No slippers and bathing gowns in the room but I have not tried requested from front desk.

Good place to stay for a short period. Courteous staff. Clean Room. Accessibility is good as the hotel is on main road next to Metro Station. Good Food but less option for Indians. It is more of business hotel for shorter stays.

Negligible options for Indian foodies as it's more of a business hotel. The hotel had a staff crunch due to which there is no facility for a bell boy or attendant. Hence we had to carry our own luggage during checkin and checkout.

some corner in the room still dusty, need more detail attention of housekeeping staff, the way to parking lot is dangerous with one way to 2nd floor and 3rd floor, need extra careful when car going up and down, bed is hard - need to be covered with softer additional bed layer.

The place is just next to huai hwang Station which is very convenient. We booked a 3pax room (1 queen +1single). Room is spacious. And neat.however, there are some stains on both the sheets. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Basically, value for money! Nothing much to complain for the amount we pay. 2rooms (1 queen) + (1queen&1twin) for 5pax for 4nights at only $699

Easily accessible to MRT station. The nearest station is a BL18 Huai Khwang, few stations away from Chatuchak Market and Silom. Also near to Jodd Fair which is just 2 stations away.. There is also a street with a number of chinese restaurant further north of the hotel

Entrance lobby floor (reception, restaurant, bar, lounge area) is all open plan. It’s quite noisy and crowded Some details of room are not easy for older guests (opening shower door from inside; weight of main room door; spring lock on door chain)

The cleaniness and lighting of room is excellent, the sound proof is good, beddings is comfortable and the breakfast buffet spread is really good and the location is convenient with blue line MRT just a few steps away.
