2 ways to get to the hotel, one way is abit intimidating neighbourhood looks booky, perfectly safe. The other way is nicer to walk to and from, so depending which way you go, you will get a different first impressions of the area,

It was relatively inexpensive to stay given it was central Bangkok and convenient for the MRT.

I stayed 5 nights and the room was never cleaned or fresh sheets or towels provided.

Affordable prices, has a swimming pool, the room has everything, not far from metro.

Customer service is none existent at this place. None of the staff members speaks any English, for Bangkok this is poor, what's even worse? they are not even trying to communicate and meet your requirements, instead all are trying to blush you off as much as possible. For me staying almost two weeks, they openly lie that they could not find me a room that does not face the neighbour's wall because they are all long term tenants, when I met other tourists got rooms with view. This place can ruin your holiday and not worth the money, even if it is cheap.

Strange room arrangement. Especially the installation of the air conditioner that is not balanced with the bed and there are a lot of mosquitoes making me unable to sleep.

The pool was ok. Near to the night market so quite convenient for late night snacks. The cleaning lady works hard.

Wifi didn’t work when I arrived. Problems with modem but worked ok after. The staff couldn’t speak English, and could hardly speak Thai either as my Thai girlfriend also said she couldn’t communicate with him. Many problems with the water. One day the water stopped working completely and because the staff couldn’t speak English they couldn’t tell me when it would work again. Would it start working in 5 minutes, or would it work again in 5 hours? I didn’t know because no one would communicate that information to me. There was a water leak in the bathroom but the staff fixed it. There was damp and mould on the walls. This a health hazard and they need to get this sorted asap. The biggest problem was the manager. I don’t know the reason but whenever I asked her a question or tried to solve problems she completely ignored me and would not respond to me. I had to ask the same question 5 times and even then she would not respond or acknowledge me at all. This seems very strange behaviour for a manager if a hotel. The biggest problem with the hotel is the lack of communication. I understand things can go wrong in hotels but if they make no effort to communicate with me then I don’t know when problems will get fixed.
