1. it does not provide assistance to guests in getting a taxi. 2. upon checking in, one of its porters was a bit rude in giving us orders to throw the durian that we had. 3.. it has 2 separate buildings and only one has a reception desk, so if there is a need to speak with it, the guest has to cross the narrow street to do it. and. no one answers the intercon phone. 4. there is a requirement to deposit 1000 baht upon checking in to answer for any damage to the property

The hotel is located in the very center next to Bayoki Sky. The price was quite reasonable. The room is quite large - in relation to the price. Lots of storage space and space for suitcases.

The elevator only goes to the 6th floor. You have to go on foot forward. We ordered a taxi at 7 PM and the receptionist woke us up at 7 AM?! And when we explained the mistake to him, he repeatedly rudely told us that we had to leave the room by 12. Which we already knew and also agreed at the reception to keep our bagage for us until the evening (because we were going on a trip that day). A bit of a strange and unpleasant experience. In the hotel, they ask for a deposit of money, supposedly for the card - room key. A bit unusual. Luckily they accepted USD as no one has TBH the day before departure.

The check-in and check-out were smooth like butter. The reception desk staffs were very positive in their attitude and were very keen to help whenever needed. The location was excellent. Wi-Fi was very bad.

1. The attached bathrooms, although very clean, were the smallest I've ever seen, with hardly any elbow space. 2. We stayed on the 6th floor where Wi-Fi was from terrible to no-network all the time.

Very convenient location if arriving from Suvarnabhumi Airport as you take the excellent airport rail link to Ratchaprarop station. The hotel is a short walk from there which we managed with heavy bags and children in the blistering midday sun. The rooms were clean with everything essential. The aircon was cold and the staff were friendly and helpful. They carried our heavy suitcases up the stairs very cheerfully. There was a good place in the room to use my computer. It has a little coffee shop and restaurant attached which had good food and expresso. It is within walking distance of everything in Pradunaam. For the price we were expecting an ordinary guesthouse (Khaosan Rd style) but it exceeded this expectation. Great for a short stay in Bangkok.

Hotel with good location... Near Markets and BTS... Friendly Staff... I liked the hotel... Lift on first floor... So you will always have steps to climb from reception to lift..

We had to pay a full day's accomodation for a late check out 6pm. They give us a quote for 1000Bht ... I could get it for 1100 on Booking .com... When I pay the hotel , they asked 1200Bht... More expensive than online .. then to late to book online... If you know you want to check out late.. .book from beginning extra night online.. cheaper than hotel self... Latest you can check out is 1pm if you are lucky..

i like that it is close to Pratunam market, Platinum Mall. Ratchaparop station (airport link) is just 2-3 mins walk. The hotel is clean and very cozy. worth the money

it’s situated in the corner of a narrow, one way alley. Very hard for Grab to get in. also, i kinda didnt like the area at night, i feel like it’s not safe. idk. anyway, this is our first time staying in Pratunam area in Bangkok.

proximity to airport rail link was less than 5min away. hotel is also located near Pratunam, the heart of shopping in Bangkok. Room was fully furnished with all the necessities, and very spacious, enough for packing of our big luggages and shopping. staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Guests had to climb a short flight of stairs to access the lift. for persons with mobility issue or persons carrying heavy luggages, may need assistance from the staff.

Ultimate clean room. Connect room available and it just nice to family travel group. Nice location and near to pratunam market. I stay here for 4 nights. Reception was very helpful，I'll be back here when I travel to Bangkok. Satisfied

Just the pillow is a little bit not comfortable for me but can be accepted ~

This hotel gives great value for money! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Reception and housekeeping staff were attentive and responded to our requests quickly.

There was minimal soundproofing so we could hear the rumbling train and people walking and talking along the corridor. But this did not affect the overall quality of our stay :)
